Perhaps NOAA and the Weather Control group think they’re doing us a service. My problem with that is the secrecy–if they deny it exists, then they don’t have to discuss it. We are allowed no public nor scholarly review. Instead of having democratic systems, we have dictatorial ones at this level.
CDC, WHO, NASA, DARPA and more secretive divisions than we know about, all operate beyond public or Congressional control. If we don’t question their authority, then we tacitly support anything they do.
