Common core History lesson says criticism of society is not free speech using WW2 propaganda poster

I recognized the poster in the power point as a WW2 propaganda poster, and knew they had changed the message on it. How long before they want the Obama youth to start turning their parents in for not following the party doctrine? Amazing.

Here is the original poster from WW2. It doesn’t say criticism of society is not free speech, it is telling the public not to speak about sensitive things during a time of war.

  1. HANG THE BITCH!!!! HANG HER FOR HIGH TREASON!!!!

I’m ready to throw a rock through my computer screen right now and go down to the school myself and beat the shit out of her and the school administration. Especially when she twists the religious issue of Moses, Noah and God wanting us to separate ourselves. She’s spoon-feeding/controlling the answers to the students without giving them time to analyze it themselves. WTF???!!!!! (4:08 mark)

As a former teacher it’s a teaching technique called “leveling the structure” or “balancing the scale” like a see-saw and balancing it, in order for the student to move closer to the center, which is where the teacher’s answer has already been put in place to begin with. There’s no discovery or learning taken place because the teacher already moves them closer to the teacher’s answer rather than their own.

Kinda like what our government does to us by making our decisions for us without having a vote on it or a discussion and giving us the outcome before we have a chance to say anything or react.
