Cop Shoots and Kills Unarmed Man Lying on the Ground

The Daily Sheeple – by Joshua Krause

On February 2nd, 59-year-old David Kassick was pulled over for expired tags, and rather than cooperating, decided to flee towards his home in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania. There he was pursued by Officer Lisa Mearkle who subdued him with a taser, and repeatedly shocked him while demanding compliance. The taser video of the incident has recently been released, which shows Officer Mearkle screaming at Kassick, and demanding that he show his hands and “get on the ground.”

It’s obvious from the video that Kassick complied with everything she asked, and moreover, was unarmed and completely helpless. Despite this, she still decided to shoot him in the back, and continued to yell orders at him as he lay dying in the snow. Mearkle was charged with criminal homicide by District Attorney Ed Marsico, but was recently cleared of any wrongdoing by a jury.

  1. “Mearkle was charged with criminal homicide by District Attorney Ed Marsico, but was recently cleared of any wrongdoing by a jury.”

    A jury of WHAT?

    HARD CORE COMMUNISTS???

Time for people to stop running and start shooting.

    1. “Time for people to stop running and start shooting.”

That’s exactly what I was thinking, Hatr. He’d probably be alive today if he plugged the pig before fleeing.

  2. Jury tampering by the pigs is a distinct possibility, but it’s not a certainty. A large percentage of the US public remains conditioned to view the pigs as “the good guys” who are basically infallible. Any jury is likely to have at least a few such idiots on it.

  3. How could a jury clear the officer of wrongdoing after witnessing this video? Did the jury get to see the video? If they did and cleared the officer, then America is in real trouble because the people have become severely mentally challenged.

    1. “… America is in real trouble because the people have become severely mentally challenged.”

      They’ve become t.v. ‘programmed’.

      Same difference, basically.

  4. My experience is juries are stacked by the court system/prosecuting BAR esquire/clerks, etc, and being part of the corruption, the defending BAR esquire plays along. But then, the “government” and “justice system” where I live are noted to be exceptionally corrupt. If there is ever to be any justice, the people will have to take it into their own hands.

    1. yeah. Even if the jurors aren’t cop family members selected by name, the lawyer screening process can eliminate anyone who isn’t brainwashed.

I’d guess that’s exactly why that screening process exists. (I was eliminated by those lawyer questions, and they never asked me to do jury duty again)

  5. KARMA

Maybe someone will shoot her…. in the back…..

    what goes around, comes around…..

for every ignorant jury member as well.

  6. I guess I better pay my car tabs or I’ll be resisting authority.
Pretty soon they’ll be shooting you for an expired drivers license and no car insurance. Gotta set an example so the slaves don’t get to uppity.
