A 64-year-old woman was dragged through the parking lot of a Broward County gas station on Friday, June, 2, 2017, after the robbers stole her purse and pinned her arm in their car door, according to Davie police. Please call (954) 693-8200 if you have any information about this incident.

don’t think it was Chicago but no matter where you are it is prudent to take steps to protect yourself from the criminals because they are everywhere

Not Chicago…this is Davie, FL…just west of Fort Lauderdale airport about 10 miles. It used to be semi-rural housing on 5-10 acres with a horse in the back yard…cattle, orange groves. Old downtown had hitching posts up till about 1990 as folks would ride their horses into town for Sunday breakfast or whatever. Now, like most of Florida, nobody speaks English there anymore. Brazilians, Cubans, and people from all sorts of 3rd world cesspools you’ve never heard of live there. Crime is up thousands of percent in the last decade. Remember the movie, “Scarface”? That was like boyscout camp compared to what’s going on now. The Russian mafia has taken over Hollywood beach area (just south of the FtL. airport) and they are ultra-violent. I moved away many years ago, thank goodness.
