MONTPELIER, Vt. (WCAX) A Hardwick man has been fined for heavy logging on his property without a permit.
Officials with the Vermont Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation fined Richard Riendeau $9,155 for cutting 44 acres of trees on his 46-acre property after an inspection in October of last year.
Under state law, it is illegal to harvest timber on large areas of 40 acres or more without a permit.
Riendeau agreed last month to settle the case in environmental court.
WTF is an environmental court? It was his property! Tell ’em to FO!
“his property”?!? Who actually owns property in America? When you stop paying the rent…errrrr…I mean taxes, you get booted off said land.
Yeah, forgot about that part. My question remains, though. WTF is an environmental court? My statement in closing remains.
An environmental court is an illegal administrative admiralty corporate court, created through unlawful state and federal contracting.
Not only is it an act of treason, as it cannot exist as it is forbidden by the 9th Article of the Bill of Rights for the united States of the Americas, ratified December 15, 1791, but it also can have no lawful jurisdiction over an American national, as it is not of the common law Bill of Rights and is not a common law court, which is guaranteed absolute to every American national by the Bill of Rights for the united States of the Americas, ratified December 15, 1791, which was the first Amendment to the Constitution for the united States of the Americas, ratified June 21, 1788, which could never be amended in any way, as it is a single body of law and the 9th Article states that no authority can ever exist to alter it or remove its authority in any way.
SO if you replant with seedling, and the trees grow back, will they pay you the ransom money back?
There isn’t a laugh button big enough! These goddamn jew mtfkrs kill me, and eventually they will.
be sure to take a few with ya Mark
