Nevada Assemblywoman: If You Were at Bundy Ranch and Had a Gun, Nevada Prosecutors are Looking to Arrest You within the Next Few Days

Freedom Outpost – by Tim Brown

In an exclusive interview with Nevada AssemblywomanMichele Fiore on Friday, she told Oathkeepers News Media Director Jason Van Tatenhove that Nevada prosecutors mentioned the fact that there was another round of “mass” arrests of American patriots who showed up in Bunkerville, Nevada at the Bundy Ranch siege in 2014 with a gun.

“The Nevada prosecutor that was in Oregon last week, told an Oregon attorney today, Friday March 18 through the upcoming Tuesday, they will be doing another ‘mass’ amounts of arrests of anyone that was in Bunkerville with a firearm in 2014,” she the Nevada Assemblywoman.

Pick up the video around the 9:00 mark for Fiore’s comments on this issue and take time to educate yourself with the entire video on the updates she brings as she has really represented her people there in Nevada like no one I’ve ever seen do.

Fiore added that she had received a call from someone that had been in Bunkerville with a gun, and according to her, “the FBI stalked him for I guess a few weeks, stalked his house, his 12-year-old daughter was home, pulled up right behind him, and he was polite and he invited them in.”

“He was cautious,” Fiore added. “But I advise everyone… if the FBI or the police want to question you, absolutely not without your attorney.”

That is wise advice and also a right you have under the US Constitution, which states in part in the Fifth Amendment, “No person…shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself.”

Of course, many people want to be friendly, but they are naïve to the workings of how manipulative certain people in authority positions may behave. I’m not saying all of them do, but the fact of the matter is your silence is a right that is protected under the Constitution and you do not have to comply with questioning in such a manner as it could be used against you in a court of law.

Fiore echoes this sentiment. “We don’t have a problem with law enforcement, but their intention is to entrap, and their intention is not pure. So I would highly suggest that no one speak with the FBI or the police without your attorney because they do not have good intentions at the moment.”

So, how many people are we talking about in this latest round of arrests? According to Van Tatenhove, “There were hundreds, if not thousands of people there.”

Fiore confirmed that there were over 2,000 people at Bundy Ranch at one time.

However, when are the American people going to stop buying the lies of the state-controlled media and begin to look past the propaganda and see the truth and the violation of the Constitution by the DC government and theBureau of Land Management? When are they going to see how this is trickling down from DC to the governors, sheriffs and even to local prosecutors? When are their eyes going to be opened and their strength renewed and deal with the criminals in their governments? Will it take a mass round up of arrests based on unlawful, trump up charges, or will the people wait until it’s too late and they are the ones being arrested and hauled off to jail, and the propaganda machine rolls right over them defining them as terrorists and criminal?

This is nothing but the heavy hand of government attempting to silence dissent, undermine the First Amendment and the rights of the people to peacefully protest (yes, even with guns on their sides or in their hands… after all, the government had trained snipers lining them up in their sights!), and basically attempt to control the people from speaking out through fear tactics. We cannot let this stand!

Patriots, be vigilant and ready!

Finally, for anyone who was at Bundy Ranch and is targeted by these lawless thugs, several top lawyers are providing pro-bono representation for you. All you need to do is download this form and fill it out.

  1. Prosecutors?

What prosecutors? You mean the same prosecutors that were looking for Levoy Finicum?

Here we go people….. This is going to be interesting to say the least.

No bail, incarcerated for 15 years for doing nothing. This shit is nothing more that a fking exercise to fill a barbed wired camp.

They could have been doing nothing more than holding a ballpoint pen, or better yet, a computer logged on to a web site and they would still be looking for them.

This is where the rubber meets the road people.

Where the hell are these clowns running for office now? Not one fking word!

  2. The moral of the story here is , if you are going to make a stand against the federal criminals, leave none left alive. There will be no soft revolution. They will not obey the law. If a stand is to be made, it must be the spark that will ignite the final solution against these peices of shit.

    1. I think you’re right, Samuel, and I was wondering a few days ago how many of them would have been caught if they just wiped out all the feds and ran.

  3. How are they going to identify all the people who were there with guns? Did they all sign a list, or something?

I guess they may find a few with facial recognition technology by looking through driver’s license photos, but I don’t know how well that works. If they do hunt people down that way, they won’t have much of a case against them. (you can simply deny you were there in court)

If they knock on your door, just keep your mouth shut.

    1. Facial recognition has unfortunately gotten quite good, especially when the whole face can be seen. We can thank our tax dollars, military outfits like DARPA (“defending our freedom”), and plenty of short-sighted computer scientists for that.

Frontal views with both eyes visible and good lighting work best. The area around the eyes is especially important for identification, but sunglasses don’t always work. (Mirrored sunglasses are said to pose the biggest problem for these systems.)

Face recognition doesn’t work as well in poor lighting, at bad angles, or in other suboptimum conditions, but it’s better not to take chances. If I had been there, I would have worn a full-head mask with only my eyeballs showing. Also, no distinctive clothing allowed, and as much skin covered as possible.

With anonymity becoming increasingly endangered, it’s going to become more important for those who would defend freedom to form mutual defense networks.

  4. Me thinks the FBI will have their hands full trying to prosecute these people. They will have to make a case of “intent”, because merely possessing a gun is not illegal, especially in Nevada. I hope more attorney’s come forward to work pro-bono and beat the shit out of the so called Justice Dept. I love it when they get a black eye for being shit bag thugs.

  5. The FBI. (F’N Bumbling Idiots) should be awarded the F’N Idiot’s of the Year Award. Talk about the 3 stooges. These “Keystone” geniuses couldn’t have F’ed up a “wet dream” any better. Now, in full damage control mode, they go “trolling for suspects”. What a F’N joke!

Hey FBI! If your head’s weren’t so far up your arse’s, you might be able to tell the difference between day and night! Instead, you’ll pull another “bonehead maneuver” to distract everyone from the last “boneheaded maneuver” you pulled off. It’s a predictable “rerun’ of typical FBI behavior. Uncalled for, illegal, outrageous, and traitorous. Yep, normal procedure at Looney Tune Central.

  6. *** That is wise advice and also a right you have under the US Constitution, which states in part in the Fifth Amendment, “No person…shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself.” ***

With respect to the good intentions of the author, the myth of constitutional protections needs to be put to rest. The Constitution has been dead for many years now. The government ignores the Bill of Rights as it sees fit. Why would we depend on a system that systematically violates our rights for the protection of those rights?

Our rights can be squashed like a bug unless we’re willing to personally fight for them and even die for them. It’s just that simple.

If the fedcoats were hunting for me, I wouldn’t screw around with lawyers. I’d simply acknowledge that my life was essentially over, then use whatever time remained to cause a lot of trouble for some very deserving people.

I wonder what would happen if those people decided to work together to avoid arrest? They’ve already been willing to raise arms against the fedcoats, so I’m not sure why they would meekly surrender now.

    1. They wouldn’t allow that! You think all us patriots are going to have the opportunity to sit down, have a cup of joe? If a person would be stupid enough to attend a patriotic rally, you may as well e-mail the FBI your e-mail address, include your portfolio with pictures and next week’s schedule.

My advice, lay low, trust no one outside your vetted friends insofar as plans and intent, when the time comes, you’ll know.

  7. Become a National/State citizen and be done with the 14th Amendment trap ! Gun rights are for 14th Amendment (voluntary) government slaves. God given Constitutionally protected Rights are for Pre 1860 constitutional State citizens. 8. “… they will be doing another ‘mass’ amounts of arrests of anyone that was in Bunkerville with a firearm in 2014,”

    Since WHEN is THAT ILLEGAL???

“… but the fact of the matter is your silence is a right that is protected under the Constitution…”

Or would be, if it was still in effect.

“We don’t have a problem with law enforcement,…”

That would be you and the rest of your politician friends, right? The ones those troglodyte mental midgets are PAID TO PROTECT?

Because WE THE PEOPLE have a SERIOUS f’n problem with the pigs!

  9. The real point is that this criminal agents of this so called government HATE with a purple passion your freedom, and they don’t care where you were at any given time armed or not. This is a test of will between tyrants and free men. A declaration such as this is saber rattling from enemy combatants who want to murder you for your OPINION! We love freedom, the right to question, and resist oppression. This to them is an alien way of existing they will never accept.

On the other hand there is that little Knob Creek Resolution regarding “Mass Arrests”. It appears that the communists are threatening to spark a civil war. What is astonishing is they seem to have some fantasy that they can win such a war with a population that have them so vastly out numbered and out matched in almost every measurable sense. Sure they have WMDs. They can bug spray the population or use nukes to try to hack out a resistance pocket, but other that in the end would be enraging to others who were undecided whether or not to join the conflict on the patriot side.

In essence most of what they are doing right now is either moronic hubris, or BLUSTER of cowardly bullies. Either one is dangerous if caught alone. Right now either joining or forming a militia and training for mutual defense. Time to start talking you our neighbors. Our local rifle ranges might be a good way to gather some concerned sovereignty minded folks to form a mutual defense and correspondence organization.

  10. This is Harry Reid’s revenge for showing him out as the idiot, corrupt criminal he is. It is not illegal for anyone to go to a friend’s ranch / farm / house / property with a firearm, so good luck prosecuting these cases you jack boot POS thugs.
