Below is the court order issued by New York Supreme Court Justice Lucy Billings. If you or I did not act immediately in this situation we would be sitting in jail.
As of 2:30 pm EST Zuccotti Park remains closed in defiance of the court order.

Here is an update.
“Hours after baton-wielding cops cleared Occupy Wall Street protesters and their tents from
Zuccotti Park, both sides were waiting for a court to rule on whether they can return.
A judge hand-picked by protest lawyers signed an early-morning emergency order saying the demonstrators can come back with their stuff.
But the city refused to reopen the park before a Tuesday afternoon hearing in front of a different judge. A decision was expected by 3 p.m.”

I guess the question would be, is Judge Billings so ignorant of the law that she issued an unlawful order or was Judge Stallman so corrupt that he ignored the law?
The fact is the so called laws/ordinances that were implemented on the protesters are ex post facto, which means after the fact. They were created for the designed purpose of shutting down the protests and denying the protesters their 1st Amendment rights to freely assemble and speak.

Anyone who believes that this issue or the many others plaguing our nation will be resolved by peaceful means should start realizing that the rich corrupt aren’t going to surrender and lay down their power and wealth (wealth that they stole from the 99%). I believe the last straw will be when Ron Paul is denied the 2012 GOP nomination. Ron Paul has already stated that he will not run as an independent if he is not the GOP candidate. There is a thing called evil in this world and the good eventually have to fight it or be enslaved and/or destroyed by it.

When there is something unpleasant that needs to be done, it is best to get it over with. The sooner we take our country back the sooner we can go back to enjoying living again, but absolutely not until.
