It’s impossible to take the guns of every American in a common law court. What are the chances every time that the 12 picked would agree 300 million times to take someone’s guns. After the first few guys fighting to keep his guns. I don’t think people would keep trying it. Plus every American continuously born would have to keep being brought into a court. Impossible.

Apparently this socialist, whilst not necessarily particular to the Utopia plan, figured that socialist policies could be implemented through existing government as opposed to a violent overthrow.
