The b.s. of Case Law!! What a wonderful point to drive home, Henry. That they would site past incidents and environs to try someone in a whole new place and time and a whole new set of circumstances is proof that they want to squash our individuality. They are in fact saying, “You’re just like him, or her and we’ve dealt with your kind before.” It’s disgusting. And for so very long it has held firmly, validated by those who don’t ask questions. Anyhow, I never before saw it the way you explained it today. What a crock, but now we know the crock has cracks, big ones. Thank you, Henry!! Eye-opener.
