I can tell you how they would go about enforcing a theocracy.

Or like when they wrote the Malleus Maleficarum which translates as The Witches Hammer. It took the Catholics a few centuries, but it’s estimated that they burned around 5 million women at the stake for being witches.
I’m sure whatever women were left were jumping for Jesus at that point.
I’m not entirely confident that this is what Jesus would have done. I know, I know. He didn’t manage to find the time to write down any instructions before he was betrayed and nailed to a big stick. I’m just saying that I don’t think he would have went around murdering millions and millions of people. That’s all.
