Video of the Day – New Jersey Man Dies After Police Dog Violently Attacks Him While He’s Pinned Down on the Ground

The hits just keep on coming. Less than an hour ago, I highlighted the latest case of an unarmed U.S. civilian killed unnecessarily by police in Oklahoma. In that incident, the cop claims to have mistakenly pulled out his gun instead of a taser (see: Another Police Killing Caught on Tape – Oklahoma Cop Shoots and Kills Unarmed Man in Tulsa).

Well it turns out another extremely disturbing video showcasing the recent epidemic of “death by civilian encounter with police” has surfaced. This time it’s a Vineland, New Jersey man. We see how Philip G. White is already pinned to the ground and repeatedly pounded on by a police officer, when he is then subjected to a sustained violent attack by a police dog. The man died in custody.

First, as reported by Gothamist:

A 32-year-old man was attacked by a police dog in New Jersey last month and died shortly thereafter. Video has now surfaced showing the man being bitten by the canine while pinned to the ground by cops during an arrest.

Cops claim that Vineland, NJ resident Phillip G. White, who died in custody on the way to a hospital on March 31st after the K-9 attack, had been acting erratically, and when officers tried to subdue him, he allegedly tried to grab one of their guns. Then, cops say they pinned him and were forced to unleash the dog on him. The attorney representing the two officers who arrested White say the victim was on drugs at the time, and claim he may have died as a result.

Now, see it for yourself:

This is not what freedom looks like.

  1. There’s pigs like these embedded in every law enforcement agency. Sadistic and brutal, your rights are over no concern to them. Remember, they get away with murder everyday and this incident just happened to be caught on video. Thousands of arrests are made everyday. How many others were brutalized or murdered and how much more are we willing to put up with?

  2. It looks to me like the dog has a “death grip” on the man’s throat for at least 30 seconds or more. No doubt that life threatening injuries to his neck were inflicted and worse, deliberately allowed by these worthless non-humans.

  3. “Then, cops say they pinned him and were forced to unleash the dog on him.”

    Oh, THAT makes perfect sense.

If he was pinned, he was incapacitated. So, at this point, the pigs were FORCED to “unleash the dog”?

They’re forcing us to unleash the dogs of war on them.

  4. This looks like the “RED TERROR” being rolled out. They haven’t started the mass arrests, execution of dissidents, and internment quite yet. Only thing that is stopping them is that the militias will give them a pranging they won’t recover from. Then there is the “Sneaky Pete’s” who take their moose as targets of opportunity when free bees are plentiful in the confusion. Can’t imagine they have any chance of winning. The only question is how much damage we all let them do on their way to being thrown down. What is in the film may as well have come from a KGB film they would show to their operatives to keep them from defecting. Letting vicious dogs tare a prisoner to pieces was and is an old COMMUNIST tactic. Those COPS are COMMUNISTS with a capital “C”. Make no mistake about that.

  5. This reminds me of a guy who had his neck broken, hospitalized, arrested, and soon after his release had his sciatic nerve ripped into, hospitalized, arrested, and still there.
Two dead and one maimed for life.
What possibly could they be worried about.

  6. It makes me wonder if the American cops are aware that the Federal courts have ruled. That they are to keep there dogs under control and in hand around the American civilian. And that they are resposable for any damage there dog out of hand does to the citizen.
