  1. Some people claim that you can make insulin from banana peels, but I haven’t looked into that myself.

    Type 1 diabetics need to start making their own insulin now. I looked into how to make it from the pancreas of a goat (traditional source) and it’s not too complicated.

  2. And I thought you threw banana peels,coconut husk, rice and such over the neighbors fence in his pile. So that he can grow more bananas with the compost? And why would you ship bananas when you can just walk down the street and buy tree fresh ones from the stands there?
