Low wages, outsourcing jobs to foreign countries, etc… = NO MONEY for “regular Joes”. The first thing that happens is that regular Joe’s realize they have bought into the illusioni of our economy that we buy lots of shit we don’t need. Then regular Joe’s stop buying that shit when all their money (NO DISPOSABLE INCOME due to low wages & taxes) is going for food, housing, health care. And not even enough for that. GOODBYE SHIT YOU’RE BUYIN’ THAT YOU NOW REALIZE YOU DON’T NEED. And 99% of our money is funneled upwards to a few people in a giant ponzi scheme called the U.S. economy.
I question on that list above, though, Dollar stores closing. I think they’re BOOMING. Who would close a dollar store when that’s where everyone’s shopping? I don’t believe that one, unless they closed 340 and opened up 5,000 newer/bigger ones in their place.
