(Wed.) Rain has been scheduled for Thursday for the past five days now, and today we see that a large developing storm has taken shape off of the Northern California coast. This 996 mb storm also has a rectangular imprint from one of the satellite-based microwave or laser transmitters in space. The microwave or laser energy is targeting and heating the vortex (center) of the storm system. The clockwise descending air generated by the transmitter splits the frontal system away from the vortex, weakening the storm system, as seen in the Infrared loop. In this example, the storm is being ‘throttled’, managed, e.g. the central pressure is not being allowed to drop substantially and therefore generate a stronger storm. State-news services in the Southern CA area have forecasted heavy rain for the Southern CA area lasting only a couple of hours beginning overnight. As I mention in the video, the weather controllers have complete control over the weather, and can change the barometric pressure and atmospheric moisture content and Dew Points on-demand by merely clicking keys on a keyboard. Remember also that the Chicago Climate Exchange (CMEE) is dealing weather derivatives and is utilizing insider information from the group of people behind this weather control operation. Long term weather patterns are known well in advance by the insiders. Weather terrorism, i.e., steering hurricanes into cities or into foreign countries is also an effective method of getting foreign leaders to ‘go along to get along’.
