72-year-old facing up to 10 years in prison for having an antique flintlock pistol in his car

“Beware of New Jersey,” warns Gordon VanGilder. The retired schoolteacher is the latest to fall victim to the Garden State’s gun laws — the 72-year-old is facing up to 10 years in prison for having an antique flintlock pistol in his car. In this exclusive report, his attorney notes that VanGilder is facing the same felony charge for his unloaded mid-1700s firearm as he would be for a loaded .44 Magnum. “This is overreach, for sure,” says VanGilder.

  1. Nazi Jersey always has been worse than any prison camp in the world. This man’s first mistake was consenting to a search, never, EVER consent to having your vehicle searched! If there is “nothing to hide”, that just means “there is something to be planted there” by the “officer” who pulled you over. When the Republic is restored, every unconstitutional and/or illegal law will be repealed, and the parasitic, low-life attorneys that created them will all hang from a hemp rope!

  2. Bow & arrow, slingshots, and finally rocks will be ‘outlawed’ before these maggots are through.

    Change is coming soon.

Not the kind they’re hoping for.
