Why filing falsified CPS reports is “legal” (not really, it’s just never investigated)

CPS will tell you they must protect the “integrity” of anonymous reporting, even if the report is falsified. They claim that in many cases, they don’t even know who made the report (untrue, because every telephone number is recorded in the file).

If I call to report witnessing a murder and I refuse to give my name or refuse to testify, there is no evidence of who committed the crime. An arrest cannot be made unless I testify as to who I saw commit the crime. With CPS, an investigation is done with no witnesses and no evidence to support an investigation, but the investigation is done anyway.   Continue reading “CPS Imposes Tremendous Stress Upon Children and Parents by Acting on Anonymous, Falsified Reports”

apocalypse_now_-thumb131001When it all comes down, here are some rules of survival to govern all areas of your post apocalyptic life:

1. Avoid other people: Establish a base camp away from populated areas. People are loud, noisy and in times of stress they will have no problem stealing your food/wife/water/weapons/clothes.

2. Have an escape plan. Your camp may become overrun, so you need a back-up. A safe haven to slip away to. This must be known by no more than 3 people for sake of security. Ensure your safe haven is well stocked, hidden and fortified as much as possible.   Continue reading “Surviving the Apocalypse”

Saving General Motors from bankruptcy was among President Obama’s most frequently cited achievements when he ran for re-election last year. Democrats everywhere touted the company’s revival as proof of the 2009 bailout’s wisdom. That was then. Now, Obama has quietly released the auto manufacturer from a bailout requirement that it increase its production in the U.S. Instead, GM is spending billions of dollars building up its production capacity in … China.   Continue reading “GM got bailout, now ships jobs to China”

SAN FRANCISCO –  Racial tensions and gang problems were plaguing a Northern California high school when three students arrived for classes in 2010 wearing American flag T-shirts on Cinco de Mayo.

The budget measure that ended the partial government shutdown allows for a 1 percent raise for federal employees in January in addition to providing back pay for those furloughed, according to two Democratic Maryland senators.

“The promise of a modest pay raise and back pay for furloughed government employees are good first steps in recognizing the value of federal workers,” said Sen. Barbara A. Mikulski, chairwoman of the Senate Appropriations Committee in a joint statement with Sen. Ben Cardin.   Continue reading “Budget deal allows for January federal pay raise”
