Identical Twin Studies Prove Homosexuality is Not GeneticOrthodox Net – by Mark Ellis

Eight major studies of identical twins in Australia, the U.S., and Scandinavia during the last two decades all arrive at the same conclusion: gays were not born that way.

“At best genetics is a minor factor,” says Dr. Neil Whitehead, PhD. Whitehead worked for the New Zealand government as a scientific researcher for 24 years, then spent four years working for the United Nations and International Atomic Energy Agency. Most recently, he serves as a consultant to Japanese universities about the effects of radiation exposure. His PhD is in biochemistry and statistics.   Continue reading “Identical Twin Studies Prove Homosexuality is Not Genetic”

In the 2012 highest-grossing documentary, “2016: Obama’s America,” political commentator Dinesh D’Souza made some startling predictions about the second term of Barack Obama – and now he has released a fresh, eight-minute addition to the film revealing how the president plans to “take America down a notch.”

D’Souza explains, “One of the predictions is that Obama would spend money promiscuously to raise the debt in virtual indifference to the impact of the debt on American citizens. In fact, Obama has been racking up the debt at the rate of $1 trillion a year. The debt has doubled in Obama’s term in office.”   Continue reading “‘2016’: Obama plans to ‘take America down’”

A young man Syrian refugee named Raïd, shown here, recently sold his kidney as part of a growing illegal organ trade in Lebanon. Spiegel – by Ulrike Putz

The young man, who called himself Raïd, wasn’t doing well. He climbed into the backseat of the car, in pain, careful not to touch any corners. He was exhausted and dizzy. A large bandage looped around his stomach, caked with blood. Despite that, the 19-year-old Syrian wanted to tell his story.

Seven months ago, he fled the embattled city of Aleppo, in Syria, to Lebanon with his parents and six siblings. The family quickly ran out of money in the capital, Beirut. Raïd heard from a relative that the solution could be to sell one of his kidneys, and then he spoke to a bull-necked man, now sitting in the passenger seat, smoking and drinking a beer.   Continue reading “Lebanese Black Market: Syrian Refugees Sell Organs to Survive”

The secret back channel of negotiations between Iran and the United States, which led to this month’s interim deal in Geneva on Iran’s rogue nuclear program, has also seen a series of prisoner releases by both sides, which have played a central role in bridging the distance between the two nations, the Times of Israel has been told.

In the most dramatic of those releases, the US in April released a top Iranian scientist, Mojtaba Atarodi, who had been arrested in 2011 for attempting to acquire equipment that could be used for Iran’s military-nuclear programs.  Continue reading “‘US freed top Iranian scientist as part of secret talks ahead of Geneva deal’”

Crickets are meant to be symbols of luck in many cultures. From ancient Chinese culture, to Native American beliefs, to even Jiminy Cricket in Pinocchio, crickets are thought to be wise and bearers of good fortune.

While everyone is familiar with the sound of crickets chirping at dusk in summertime, musician Jim Wilson decided to do a little audio tweaking to the sound of the little creatures to see what they sounded like slowed down. The result is pretty astounding; they sound like a human choir.   Continue reading “LISTEN: One man slowed down the sound of crickets chirping, and it’s incredible”

TEL AVIV – Under the interim deal between Iran and Western powers, Tehran’s economy could be flooded with untold billions in sanctions relief and other gains, far more than the widely reported amount of $6 to $7 billion.

In fact, the final text of the deal does not specify any dollar amount for sanctions relief. It leaves the U.S. and Europe open to unfreezing more funds and facilitating an unspecified amount in other transactions and sales.   Continue reading “Deal opens Iran economy to untold billions”

Obama makes room for fundraisers, golf in his schedule despite Obamacare troublesThe Daily Caller – by Caroline May

The bungled rollout of President Obama’s signature health care law might have kept the president away from Gettysburg, but it has not kept him off the links or away from the fundraising circuit.
