Gwinnett County, GA — Earlier this year, Sarah Wood was stuck in rush hour traffic on I-85, driving just 6 mph, when her life would be forever changed. One moment, she is idling down the interstate in traffic and the next, more than a month later, she would wake up in the hospital, having been in a coma. She was struck by a cop who was not paying attention and who was driving 70 mph when he smashed his car into hers. He wasn’t paying attention because he was distracted by Grand Theft Auto playing in his cruiser. Seriously. Ongoing trade conflicts have forced China to increase financial decoupling between the US. China wants to decrease its US exposure and diversify its reserves away from dollars, according to economists at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ).

“The ongoing trade war and geopolitical issues have increased the risk of a financial decoupling between China and the US,” Raymond Yeung, Greater China chief economist, wrote in a recent note.

Bristow, OK — Imagine for a moment that you are a parent of a 9-year-old girl. You daughter tells you she is going to the bathroom but then doesn’t come back for a while. When you go to check on her, you find a grown man with his hand in your daughter’s pants, molesting her. This is exactly what a mother in Oklahoma says happened to her daughter and, according to the mom, when she caught the child predator in the bathroom, things got even scarier — because the predator is a cop.  Continue reading “Mom Catches Cop Molesting Her Daughter in Bathroom, Cop Threatens Mom if She Tells”

NEW YORK (Reuters) – Two jail officers falsified records to cover up their failure to check in on financier Jeffrey Epstein in the hours before he killed himself, U.S. prosecutors said on Tuesday.

According to an indictment, Tova Noel and Michael Thomas fell asleep and surfed the Internet instead of monitoring Epstein, who was found unresponsive on Aug. 10 in his cell at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in downtown Manhattan. An autopsy concluded that Epstein hanged himself.  Continue reading “Two jail guards for Jeffrey Epstein charged with coverup in his suicide”

The US decision to recognize Israeli settlements in the West Bank as legal will aggravate the situation in the region, Russian Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday.

In June, I reported on the China Tribunal in London, which found evidence of “forced organ harvesting” from Chinese prisoners, including Falun Gong and Uighur Muslims. The Tribunal’s final judgment concluded that this “forced organ harvesting has been committed for years… on a significant scale.” China has said that the practice has been outlawed, replaced with a system of voluntary donations. But a new report, published on November 14 in the BMC Medical Ethics journal, has refuted this, alleging that those claims of reform are being supported by the “systematic falsification and manipulation of official organ transplant datasets in China.”  Continue reading “China Killing Prisoners To Harvest Organs For Transplant: BMC Report Accuses China Of ‘Falsifying’ Data”

Recent protests in Hong Kong, along with the resulting fall out from international corporations questioned for their relationships with mainland China, has placed a renewed focus on the authoritarianism of the Chinese Communist Party. This has led to several articles identifying ways in which Western countries have learned from the CCP, including Europe’s growing embrace of web censorship and growing interest in the social credit system rolled out in 2018. Given that it wasn’t that long ago that it was common to see Western leaders and neoliberal commentators openly envy aspects of the Chinese political system, these concerns are certainly worth exploring. What should be of equal interest, however, is the ways China may be learning from the West. Continue reading “Globalist-Endorsed War on Cash May Be China’s Next Terrifying Weapon”

New York’s latest criminal justice reform plan will release suspects accused of second-degree manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, child sex crimes, and making threats of terrorism without ever having to post bail.

South Dakota GOP Sen. Mike Rounds has drafted a bill that would help wealthy Chinese buy citizenship — and would also help steer investment away from the heartland states towards the increasingly wealthy states on the coasts.

The giveaway for the wealthy Chinese lenders is buried on page 85 of Rounds’ draft bill, which offers a “parole” shortcut around the backlog of Chinese who are now waiting in line for EB-5 green cards:  Continue reading “GOP Sen. The Hong Kong police have raided several universities, attempted to make arrests, and clashed with student protesters who set up barricades to defend the campus. In particular, the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) was apparently the main focus of the police, and became a literal battleground. Many CUHK students suspect that the real goal of the police is to control the internet, as Hong Kong’s internet center which handles 99 percent of the city’s internet traffic is located inside the CUHK campus.  Continue reading “Control of the Internet may be the Real Reason for Police Violence at Chinese University of Hong Kong”
