On a cold day, nothing satisfies the soul better than a hot bowl of steak and beer soup. So for your next soup line, be sure to make up a big batch. It’s real good eating and easy to make, as shown by the BBQ Pit Boys.

    1. 😀 … Paul, this recipe made me soooo hungry just watching them make it. I’m sure you can leave the veggies out. I’ll bet it would be good if the gravy was thickened a bit and then laddled over mashed potatoes.

Let’s not forget a pint of beer is a must to go along with dinner.
      . . .

      1. the potatoes would have to have at least a half a cow’s worth of butter, and grass fed raw whole milk. Also plenty of pink Himalayan salt. good for the heart. hah

          1. haha Naw I just like mostly organic (food raised, and prepared the old way). Never did like highly processed food. I eat some restaurant food, but prefer to prepare my own. nothing fancy mind you. just good old farm cooking. You know. fried in lard or butter. salt cured/smoked bacon. grass finished beef. chickens raised locally. eggs from local farms etc.. animal fats are healthy fats.
