We have notice our internet has been throttled between late morning and late evening where the internet grinds down to nothing and we have a fast connection most of the time.
One time Wave Cable our provider actually did a quick test from their site and noticed a strange anomaly in which we keep getting pinged with drops for no reason and were scheduled to come out but we have been busy with various appointments and because we are getting ready to move for other reasons due to Dad losing his job in July as a pharmacist due to the boss daughter graduating from pharmacy schools so Dad won’t be needed very much except one day a week.
Anyways we have our own reasons after investigating that either the government or the Chinese may be throttling our internet in order to censor some stuff as the internet becomes like dial up speed!
Once when I was little I had a cheap walkie talkie set I played with my friends when we came over and once we had it set to a random frequency where we could hear each other and after a few minutes we heard a strange person talking and went to get Mom and when she came back the voice never showed up again.
I don’t remember what it said because it went so fast.
