California Catholic School Removes Jesus Statue To Be More ‘Inclusive’

World Events and the Bible

WEB Notes: Day in and day out we continue to see the headlines escalate. Christianity is removed from our sight and sin is embraced. Just the other day a “Satanist” was allowed to slam Christianity for racism and violence in a mainstream media news piece no less. Of course a Christian would never be given that platform to make the opposite claim and if they did it would be called “hate speech“. I find it very sad how people cannot use just a little common sense to see these things for what they are…

As a people, as a country we are tearing down the fabric of this nation to appease a few, a few that hate our Heavenly Father and hate the history that has made this nation the greatest on earth. We divide ourselves over politicians who tweet so called governmental policy. We divide ourselves over small differences in beliefs and we feel like we are justified in doing so.

As Christians when we fall for these traps we are playing right into the hands of the enemy. We allow the dark powers of this world to succeed. No wonder our Father said, “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge,” (Hosea 4:6). We are to be wiser than the serpent, but many have long forgotten that or do not know Christ even told us that (Matthew 10:16). Of course Satan is that serpent (Revelation 12:7-9).

No wonder so very few are sealed in the End Times for the Epic Battle during the Tribulation. Many have been confounded by the events of the world, confounded by false religions and closing their mind off from truth.

With our nation crumbling before our eyes in a literal and spiritual sense what can you do to make a difference? Far more than you probably realize…

You can share truth your family and friends when you find it. You can encourage them, share the Bible with them when you are able and when it makes sense.

You see, you will reach places and people that we can never reach. You are the many membered body of Christ. We all share a part in that work, no one is incapable of partaking of it. We all have our own ways and gifts and we need to start using them now more than ever.

The school is claiming it has absolutely nothing to do with the latest war on historical statues, but a California Catholic school is receiving a bit of blowback after following through with a plan to remove all but 18 of their 180 statues and other “Catholic icons” including one beloved statue of Mary and the Baby Jesus.

San Domenico School in San Anselmo, California is hearing from upset parents after taking down the statues, with many viewing the decision as caving to political correctness. The Marin Independent Journal quoted frustrated parents who are alarmed at the trajectory the school has been on:

  1. I guess the First Commandment (Thou shall have no other gods before me) like the first article of the bill of rights is no longer valid. How ironic.

  2. “I find it very sad how people cannot use just a little common sense to see these things for what they are…”

It’s not that they CAN’T, it’s that they WON’T. Common sense is passe these days, stupid people prefer wilful ignorance instead.

Bottom line is… it’s a Catholic (meaning it never WAS a true Christian church to begin with) school, so their agenda doesn’t include Christ anyway.
