Children as young as kindergarten-age could face misdemeanor charges for bullying under a proposed law advancing in the Southern California city of Carson.
The Carson City Council gave preliminary approval this week to an ordinance aimed at persons, including other youths, who cause anyone from kindergarten to age 25 to feel terrorized, harassed or threatened with no legitimate purpose.
A final vote is set for May 20, The Daily Breeze reported.
First-time offenders could be ticketed for an infraction and fined $100. A second infraction would cost $200, and a third-time offense could bring a criminal misdemeanor charge.
The measure would also cover forms of cyberbullying.

This is beyond sick. Not even Communist China does this, people. They would laugh at this. Just shows you how bad it’s gotten.
This sounds like a means to supply the satanic pedophile/sacrifice rings: declare the parents unfit by the time the child hits the “3rd time you’re out” criminal misdemeanor, a “crime” punishable by up to 1 year’s incarceration, and then send in the CPS body snatchers.
Where is the criminal intent in calling somebody a bad name? How can a kid in kindergarten formulate the intent to commit a crime? Under this measure anybody can be arrested, jailed, fined, or worse. You know as well as I do, they will not stop here, nor do they intend to.
The real agenda is to get rid of anyone they do not like or who refuses to hive with the borg. The Nazis had a matrix for this and so did the communists. To wit…the concept of Aliens to the Community.
These were…
1. Slackers
2. Drunks
3. Those who quit their jobs
4. Scoundrels of all types
5. Spouse beaters
6. Welfare and tax cheats
7. Those with obnoxious temperaments
8. Those displaying nonconformist behavior or being disrespectful to authority
9. Those deemed slovenly, worthless, and useless eaters
10. Beggars and vagrants
11. Engaging in behavior creating danger and fear in the community
The result? Government terror, arrest and detention in a hard labor camp or outright execution!
Those falling into the above categories were viewed as anti-social elements, or as “aliens to the community” and were slated be removed as security suspects and to be dealt with harshly.
The Nazis to justify policing the community in all spheres of life mandated total surveillance and examination of people’s thoughts, inclinations, and words.
God help us if this goes through and becomes national policy!

I work in Compton, which is right next to Carson. The following quote says it all:
