California governor says people who don’t buy into climate change agenda are genetically inferior ‘troglodytes’

Natural News – by JD Heyes

The debate over global warming and climate change got uglier recently after California Gov. Jerry Brown of “no vaccine choice” fame insulted the intelligence – and genetic makeup – of everyone who disagrees with his premise that these phenomena are real.

Like all global warming alarmists, Brown – who was attending a “climate change summit” in Canada – made the same old tired, dire predictions of doom and gloom if the world continues to burn fossil fuels. But he also had a special descriptor for those who dare to call a hoax a hoax.

“We have to redesign our cities, our homes, our cars, our electrical generation, our grids — all those things,” Brown said, insisting that all aspects of modern life had to be scrutinized anew. “And it can be done with intelligence. We can get more value from less material.”

Continuing, he said, “Oil, gas, coal has created the wealth we enjoy. What was the source of our wealth now becomes the challenge of our future.”

As for the “climate deniers,” whom reporters present took to primarily mean Republicans (Brown is a Democrat), he added: “We have a lot of troglodytes south of the border.”

Well.

Try eugenics

There are descriptors for self-important blowhards who have made their living from taxpayers their entire adult careers (like Brown), but an exchange of name-calling is a pointless endeavor. Better to educate the masses with truth because after all, the truth will set us free.

The troglodyte reference by Brown is interesting for its context; Brown apparently feels that anyone who disagrees with him regarding the future of the planet does not have the genetic brain power to debate him, much less prove him wrong. But then, most Yale Law School grads might think that, for a healthy dose of arrogance no doubt accompanies the diploma.

But having an Ivy League mouth doesn’t give one license to presume the rest of the lesser-educated and unwashed masses are ignorant mutant fools with nothing useful to contribute to the debate. Yet this is precisely what the California governor and serial consumer of taxpayer funds believes.

How to convert the non-believer? Maybe eugenics?

After all, the “noble” state of California once led the nation in forced sterilizations, and while some 32 states had similar programs, “California was in a league of its own,” CNN reported in 2013.

‘Snip, snip’

The news network reported further:

The Golden State sterilized more than twice as many people as the next state, Virginia, which sterilized 8,300, according to Paul Lombardo, a professor at Georgia State University’s College of Law.

The law said that wards of the state like [Charlie] Follett had to be sterilized in order to be discharged from institutions like Sonoma, according to Christina Cogdell, a cultural historian at the University of California-Davis and author of “Eugenic Design.”

Follett was one of 20,000 people who underwent forced sterilization in the state between 1909 and 1963. Many were mentally handicapped but the only reason why Follett became a ward of the state was because his parents were alcoholics and thus could not care for him.

“First, they shot me with some kind of medicine. It was supposed to deaden the nerves,” he said, describing his experience. “Then the next thing I heard was snip, snip, and that was it.”

The program in the Golden State was so successful that, in the mid-1930s, Nazi officials consulted California eugenicists before establishing their own program in Germany.

In 2003, CNN reported, then-Gov. Gray Davis apologized for the forced sterilizations, but Follett wants compensation for not being able to have children of his own.

“What really ticks me off is, it kills my last name,” Follett said. “If I should die tomorrow, everything’s died.”

‘Nothing to add’

Perhaps Follett and others who underwent forced sterilization should take their case to the imminently caring Gov. Brown.

They have. Brown’s office, CNN noted, has been silent:

The governor’s office referred CNN to the state Department of Developmental Services, which sent a two-sentence statement: “The State of California deeply regrets the harm caused to victims of involuntary sterilization that occurred through the first half of the 1900s. This was a sad and painful period in California’s history, one that should never be repeated.”

When CNN asked Brown for his stance on reparations for sterilization victims, press secretary Gil Duran sent an e-mail referring to the statement. “There’s nothing more to add,” he wrote.

Apparently not, especially if you’re a troglodyte.

    He’s a traitor to humanity.

  6. Sounds like saber rattling does it not? He is in reality saying that we are sub human and can be put down by the millions in a RED TERROR PURGE.. He is just trying to gain support from his followers for the pretext he already has formed in his mind for the mass arrests and democide.

The thing about California is that most of it is Rural Farmland full of people who hate that COMMUNIST MONSTER and are actually hoping he goes APE CRAZY and starts something.
