A June Gallup poll [showed that Congress] had a 10% approval rating [while] and one in March that showed North Korea with a 12% favorability rating among Americans.

We’ve previously documented that the U.S. Congress is less popular among the American people thancockroaches, lice, root canals, colonoscopies, traffic jams, used car salesmen, Genghis Khan, Communism, BP during the Gulf oil spill, Nixon during Watergate or King George during the American Revolution.
Postscript: While some wrongly assume that partisan gridlock is the cause of Congress’ unpopularity, the truth is that there has been bipartisan unity among Congress members in:
- Using smoke and mirrors instead of addressing the real problems
- And generally acting in an untrustworthy manner
That’s why Congress is so unpopular.

This is hilarious. No one gives a steaming pile about “partisan gridlock” (whatever that is), but I do hear a lot of complaints about them still being alive.
I wonder where they found the 10% that approved of them.
First all of the locked up stuff needs too be fired and we the people need all our rights back..Then let the people have the say who stays and who goes ..Time too act up and stand for the right..

Im with Jolly on this one. I complain about the breathing that happens in DC all the damn time.
And come Fall 2014, over 90% of these same hated Congress members will get magically ‘re-elected.’
We need to get rid of computerized balloting and go back to paper ballots.
