She begins her statement by saying “I think if prior to the exposure of what has most recently happened in the IRS, if we were to ask the Americans people about their impression of the IRS we would hear the words fear, powerlessness, intimidation, distrust, and those are words that would have been used prior to this.”
If she’s supposed to be representing her constituents, and knew that’s how people felt about them PRIOR to this revelation, why is she only addressing the IRS problem now?
Nice try Congresswoman Black, but it’s obvious from your own statement that you don’t give a rat’s ass what your constituency thinks about the IRS
