Ah hah! I finally got the answer to a question about NDAA that’s been on my mind for awhile.
At 15:18 in the video, it’s stated that for each new NDAA law i.e. NDAA 2012, NDAA 2013, NDAA 2014 etc., it becomes a new law each year and states intending to nullify the law have to sign their nullification each time it comes into effect.
I wonder how many of those states wanting to nullify the NDAA law(s) will remember, or be aware enough, to do that? It’s likely somewhere along the line the ball will be dropped.
