I was able to reduce over 90% of the Smart Meter radiation by installing a 2ft x 2ft section of metal screen on the interior side of the wall, opposite the meter.
You have to be careful though; because if you extend the metal screen from the ceiling to the floor, it becomes an electromagnetic reflector of interior cell phone and wireless router radiation. Tin foil hats also work well. 🙂
I keep this stuff as far away from me as I can. Especially when I sleep at night.
