Former New York Senator Al D’Amato was removed from a delayed New York-bound JetBlue flight on Monday after trying to rally passengers against the flight crew.
I have no idea what’s going on here or why he got thrown off the plane. Very little info. for me to support this guy. Not sure what to say. I don’t have the full story.

It’s not up to the x senator what the pilot in command does no matter how self important the x senator “thinks ” he is . It is the pilots job to make sure every flight is as safe for every one as possible , -and the last thing he needs to deal with at 30thousand feet is some cry baby senator that thinks his is the only rule he will follow
If the pilot had issues with weight and balance and he was ok with how it got corrected , reguardless of the delay .. he was doing his job
