        Hows your self Paul

        1. bad day physically for me, but nothing lethal. sometimes i have to back off. glad your staying alert my friend. you have been in my thoughts for sure.

        2. yes your right. I have a heart condition called incomplete right hand bundle branch block, and sometimes it takes the stuffin outa me. haha. this is one of those days. 😯

          1. That doesn`t even sound good Paul. Have you thought of the herbals hawthorn berries – I believe – and a herb that is a good one to do would be schisandra herb, it is a good balancer herb for every ones body. i did those every day for years and then went off now for about 3 or 4 years and I really can tell the difference – of course I am 3 or 4 years older now though 😆 .
Yes Paul and by the way I am going to start doing those herbals in the next month or so again. Say Paul I did finally get that AmeriHerb price guide.
I will get ahold of ya about that if ya want.

          2. “Floppy mitral valve” (doctor’s description) here Paul. I take Strauss Heartdrops (straussheartdrops.com) and won’t go a day without my dose.
            . . .

          3. Thanks Cathleen will try it. We better shut up before Henry kicks my behind. I can’t run very fast today. 🙂

          4. Paul,
No, no. I did not intend to interrupt your conversation. Just having a little fun, and hell, who knows, on this site someone might come up and tell us how to render hawthorn into a white powder. 🙂

        3. yea i use the hawthorn on occasion. the condition is an electrical short that cause the other side of the heart to not fire, forcing the electrical trigger through muscle tissue thus causing fatigue, and other discomfort. nothing lethal as I mentioned but very uncomfortable. Haven’t tried the schisandra. might take a crack at that. Thanks.

          1. I can mail you some info on that if you want tonight Paul. It is also called the 5 spice herb.
Yes I really can tell that I went off the herbals these last 4 – 5 years.
I will usually go off my herbals for may 2 – 3 weeks just to check for any bad side effects but never like this last time of about 4 + years. I felt way better with 10 times the energy and concentration then than now. So now I will be doing that as a good experiment just to see. Also will be doing some herbal blood cleaners and liver builders 😉 😉

          2. What the hell does hawthorn have to do with this song? Is there another version I haven’t heard? LOL

          3. LOL yes Henry, you are right 😉 .
Yes that was a weird rabbit hole wasn`t it.
. Yes Henry I`ll stop, sorry `bout that i got carried away 🙂
            😉

          4. Damn Paul, thought the brundle comment a old timers joke, take care of yourself bud.Keep at it like the old timers here in the hills, they smoke, drink, ect. but split about a 1/2 a cord or other equal exercise daily, usually make it mid 80’s minumum.Of course, then folks say,if they didn’t smoke or drink they would have lived longer, perhaps, but they enjoy their lives the way they are!

          5. Hey James. Wife and I still put in couple miles every other day. I smoke cigs. They prevent lung cancer ya know. 🙂 Don’t believe what people say about smokin and drinken. My dad and aunt did both of those, and it finally killed them both at 95. Sister quit years ago, and now shes a wreck. I’m enjoying my ride, and plan to continue to enjoy it. Lets ride brother. 😀

  1. Wow. I had completely forgotten about Jackson Browne’s “Cocaine.” I always think of Eric Clapton’s. Thanks, Henry.

  2. Love Jackson Browne’s work. Thanks for posting the video. My ex-boyfriend and I were supposed to see him live in Red Rock, Colorado when we were visiting his sister, but the venue got deluged with rain. I got soaked!
    . . .
