Point to make here is what stossel says right up front to set the pace and understanding of what the police are here to do for and to you.
“We need a police force that punishes criminals”
If I remember the history of government that I was taught in JHS it is not the police that punish criminals but rather the judicial system who will place judgement on said criminals. We are moving closer towards the judge dredd type of policing.
He also said that most ameriKan thought that it way alright to do this, Well the ones that I know sure don’t think that way. He appears to me to be another mouth piece for the trash the story is about!
