They look like Huskies (blue eyes), but I had a Malamute and they’re bred to pull sleds too. Put a harness (or leash) on him and he’ll never stop pulling.
You can’t stop the pulling because it’s bred into them. Just lean back on the leash and let ’em pull you through the streets, or tie them to something that needs to be moved.
