Milwaukee Police Chief Flynn starts calm and loses it at 1:15. Media calling racist murder by black gang members a “stray bullet” accident instead of a hate crime. The black youths walked up to a white household and began shooting. A 5 year old child sitting on her grandfathers lap was killed. Zero national media coverage and local media censorship of the actual event shocks.

I sympathize with the Chief’s frustration over the lack of reporting of black crime, especially if it includes white victims. His remark about too many high powered weapons being in the criminal’s hands, however, misses the mark. Criminals can get weapons from numerous illegal sources, sometimes even the government itself. Its restricting the ability of innocent citizens to protect themselves thats part of the problem.
