ESCAMBIA COUNTY, FL — An innocent Florida family was terrorized by police who broke into their bedroom at 10:30 PM on Tuesday and opened fire on their pet dogs.
https://www.facebook.com/PoliceStateUSA
Police were searching the area for a person of interest. Without any evidence or a warrant, they decided to climb into the home of Cristina Moses and her fiance Travis Nicholas, right through a bedroom window.
The couple was awoken to the sound of intruders in their home — at least six of them — and were quickly dragged from their bedroom and into the hallway. Guns were aimed at them and they had boots placed on their backs.
“The cops threw Cristina on the ground, cussing,” Nicholas said. “It was obvious that I’m not armed because I’m in my boxers.”
Then the couple witnessed their two dogs get shot by police. Police claim that an officer was bitten, but the couple says they witnessed it clearly and their story contradicts the officers’.
“I’m in the doorway so I can see into the bedroom, and I see him shooting across the bed … to my dogs that are on the opposite side of a queen-sized bed,” Moses said. “I heard five shots go off. Around the third shot, I hopped up and I went ‘No stop. No.’ And he continued to fire a couple more shots after that,” she said.
Moses was then detained in a patrol car for more than an hour because she “wouldn’t shut up.”
“All I did was keep asking if they could tell me what happened to my dogs,” she said. “All they said was ‘We’ll take care of that later.'”
“Deputies entered the house through the open window in an effort to locate the suspect and to assure the safety of the occupants,” says the police press release.
One dog had to be euthanized because of its injuries, the other survived with a leg wound.
This is getting to close to home. Climb thru my window in the middle of the night and even if you yell police your dead or worse. I don’t shoot to kill I shoot to wound. It will take at least 1-2 to get your sorry ass off the battle field make my odds better and gives me more targets. we will be seeing more and more of this type behavior until the THUGS start being killed in large numbers.
Dave, the only way to shoot a cop is to gut shoot the bastard. I fantisize about a damned cop getting gut shot with one of thoes emergeny flare guns and hearing him scream for mercy.
I don`t care if a cop is a good cop, bad cop, or a honest cop – I have yet to have heard of a honest cop yet to this day. If you are any kind of cop then you are a part of a organization that supports this BS. These cops are guilty of breaking and entering and destroying private propperty. If we shoot a police dog it is the same as shooting a cop, so shouldn`t it be the same if a cop shoots a family dog or companion dog like thee pigs did, in other words they were responsible for the murder of a family member and need to go to prison for at least 10 + years and the cops be made to pay not only triple the vet bills but also pain and suffering these people went through along with replacement cost and this must all come out of these F`n cops personal savings – not the cop fund or some tax payers fund for the cops.
Why do cops always have to shoot the family dog when they bust into the wrong house? These things seem to happen regularly.
It’s easy to like and love dogs. It’s impossible to even feel sympathy for a cop.
This kind of behavior is starting to be common place and these bastards need to be killed on the spot for doing this. This is not the country that we served in the military to be sure the citizens live in peace. We have been taken over by traitorous scum in all areas of authority ,federal ,state and local for the most part. Any cop that defends or takes place in this type of behavior is scum too. If there were many good cops there would not be so many willing to kill their neighbors like they are doing all over this country.Dorner tried to warn us and he was damn sure right about the trash in law enforcement for the most part.Sure there is good cops and they should be turning on the bad bastards to protect us not covering for them!
In researching my newest book…”4th Generation”….I watched a video of these pig-like cops getting ready for some “crowd-control”…they were all wearing some kind of under-garment that went up over their necks and under their helmets…as well as their vests and other protective items…I noticed they all wear clear plastic goggles or visors that should help to protect their eyes….so in my fictional book that I am writing….I think I will have my main protagonist (the good guy) figure out a way to paint-ball the goggles of these guys/goons with some type of gooey paint mixture that just won’t come off in a quick manner….then as soon as these goons (the police and the bankers) lose their ability to see during these coming (fictional) battles….they can be gut-shot as suggested earlier here…or we can have our “good-guy” toss balloons of oil-laced gasoline upon them and then lite them on fire…or better yet…once my fictional crowd gets one of these “Police Men” on the ground…I’ll have my good guys tie ropes to their arms and legs….then let the power of the crowd just rip the cop apart…piece-by-piece Again…if you have suggestions about non-violent 4th Generation Warfare…let’s get talking about it here so that as I write my book….I’ll have plenty of good ideas and material….in your considerations …do not forget the non-violent aspects of 4 Generation Warfare towards government control …utility commissions who steal your money or force you to do things you should not have to…retired cops, judges and whomever who contributed to the theft of our rights and liberty…think of ways to damage their world…their kids and grand kids… anyone who protects them…figure out both violent and non-violent ways to attack their system at it’s base…and I’ll use as much of what I get from here in my book…4th Generation…..it’s great to be an author…and writer….ha!

Hi ya RJ, I watched a movie years ago about the cops setting up a guy with narcotice when the guy was straight – never even knew what heroin looked liked _ and the guy got sent to prison for a few years. While he was in prison he met some heroin dealers and made a deal with them to hook up when they were released. when they got out they kidnapped the cops and held them hostage for a few months and got them cops strung out realy hard on heroin and then the let them pigs free when they were all strung out on heroin. I thought that was a good way to take care of some of them cops. Just a suggestion for your book 🙂
Yes…! A great example of “4th Generation Warfare” ….get the cops strung out …make them become a ward of the state/city …whomever had employed them…and make them pay for the cop’s healthcare …long-term care, mental-health., PTSD..make the employer responsible for whatever long-term damage was done by the strung-out cops….yes …bankrupt the employer…that is exactly what I am writing about in my fictional account….non-violent …and then fictionally…eventually violent methods for breaking the elite ….scare the crap out of the “little people” ….for example…there was a photo last week on-line of a former president…and his “protective detail” …well, I’m sure that protective detail has brothers, sisters, kids, wives grandmothers…chew on the underbelly of the beast and see how many minions want to stick around …fiction is a wonderful tool ….the imagination is a remarkable tool…freedom and liberty allow the use of such tools….so in your thoughts regarding the creation of 4th Generation Warfare…remember that in reality, they are trying to take your freedom and make you a bigger slave than you already are, so in your development of 4th Generation Warfare techniques….be bold, be creative….after all…it is just a fictional account…

Chapter 15:
Our hero has become very creative and, along with his core group, have decided to move up the feeding chain. A Wall Street executive has been kidnapped and explosive devises have been inserted up his anal cavity and he has been wired for sound. He, of his own free will so to speak, agrees to carry a suitcase full of dynamite into the theft exchange. After which, if his mission is successful, the explosive devise, which can be remotely detonated, will be removed….or not.
Strictly speaking fictitiously in the interest perpetuating your new fictional novel. 😉
Yes RJ, on the eve of destruction, you want everyone to reveal their tactics and improvised weapons ideas just so you can write a book. WTF? You best think about how that looks to people who have been deceived one too many times already. Maybe I’m just overreacting.
Well gosh Millard…my limited mind never considered that potential… or… perhaps in the writing of my work….others…many others will research the concept themselves..and begin to understand it’s meaning…purpose… I don’t know…two things can be equally true…and after all… I was visited by the FBI once…right after I retired from DoD…so…I’d like to avoid that experience again…who knows what is best at this point…eh? But you seem like you know what is best…so keep-on-keeping-on…

Hey RJ, I hope you can understand where I was coming from with the comment. Revealing things to our enemy may cause no harm and, in fact, may educate some on the site to improvisation and field expedience. They had prior warning to 911 (it wasn’t that hard, they were planning it) so I’m never surprised at the total incompetence of our gubberment.
…yes… Millard…it is odd that in a “free country” one would have to speak in guarded language..and use metaphors and such…but I understood your pov…
Regards…
RJ
We’re good RJ

Funny thing, Millard. I was going to make that same suggestion earlier, but decided to stay out of it just then. Good idea, though. 🙂
Yea OK Millard. I can and will do that my freind, I do trust RJ though. I hope that I am good in trusting him though.
I think we’re good with RJ and I’m thinking of some ideas to suggest for his book. We are good.
Thanks Millard I think that RJ is a good shit man. I wish that I knew him more instead of just here.
Yes, I have read every one of his comments for a long time now and he seems authentic. RJ, I apologize for questioning your motives in my earlier comments.
Well # 1, diggerdan is an enigma. He is quite the conversationalist as he reveals ways of thinking beyond the norm. I’ve never met anyone like him . He turned me on to Carlos Castenada and, although there have been some efforts to discredit his works, I guess, if your curious enough, you can decide for yourself.
🙂
…you know….one of the themes of my childhood memoir is the idea of “trust”… as my parents virtually destroyed that emotion in we kids….my brothers, sisters and generational siblings as well…it is the emotion the elite of this country rely upon and then violate with the societal “cognitive dissonance” that our citizens have to learn how to deal with…so they use pills, food, violence and hatred. in dealing with the anger, fury and mental harm they experience when they discover most of their life is BS….mix that with the drug war, which makes the elite fortunes…they know how to build and then violate trust.. for this reason I have written in every book I have signed…”Be Safe, Find Joy & Trust”. So to all who have commented on trust…regarding me….thanks….even if you don’t like me…if you are angry with my sarcasm…okay…don’t like my writing…okay….but the idea of what I think about liberty, freedom and the corruption that surrounds us…then they will know that 150 years from now…and it you are contemplating me, then you are thinking about what I’ve written or expressed….so thats good too. Ha!
FYI…I’ve never lied about myself our me experiences…I hate corruption….. …(read my book…ha!)….and I hate government, systemic corruption the most. I also decided a long time ago that when people speak about me 100 years from now…I will not be known as one of the “corrupt”…as strange as it sounds it will be an honor if they come for me and arrest me as a “political prisoner”…not that i want that…really…I’d prefer to see liberty rise and treason convictions followed by hangings…

I HIT MY OATH BREAKING OFFICIALS WITH THIS TODAY ALREADY, BUT NOT THIS SPECIFIC CASE.
Apparently the scumbag cops are out to kill any dogs NOT working for them.
Seriously people, it’s time to start shooting back once they invade your homes.
{Me – lets see what offenses we can come up with on this one: NO CRIME committed, No warrant (“Deputies entered the house through the open window in an effort to locate the suspect and to assure the safety of the occupants,” says the police press release. Police climb through innocent family’s bedroom window, shoot their 2 dogs – No warrant, no evidence, NO CRIME committed) – so it is:
Breaking and entering,
Use of deadly force – shot dogs,
Assault and battery,
Unlawful detainment (the NDAA is not lawful in the USA, not now or ever),
28 C.F.R. Section 0.85 Terrorism is defined as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government. the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives” since they are carrying out the agenda of the officials within the fed gov and state officials,
18 USC § 2383 – Rebellion or insurrection: Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof…
Title 42 U.S.C. § 1986. Action for neglect to prevent conspiracy: Every person who, having knowledge that any of the wrongs conspired to be done, and mentioned in the preceding section [42 USCS § 1985], are about to be committed, and having power to prevent or aid in preventing the commission of the same, neglects or refuses to do so, if such wrongful act be committed, shall be liable to the party injured, or his legal representatives, for all damages caused by such wrongful act, which such person by reasonable diligence could have prevented…
42 USC § 1983 – Civil action for deprivation of rights
The first law statute of the United States of America, enacted in the first session of the First Congress on 1 June 1789, was Statute 1, Chapter 1: an act to regulate the time and manner of administering certain oaths, which established the oath required by civil and military officials to support the Constitution.
The requirement for all Federal and State Civil officers to give their solemn and binding Oath is established in Article VI, Section 1, Clause 4.
5 U.S.C. 3333 requires the three branches of our government, the military, all law enforcement, the heads of the States, all federal employees sign an affidavit that they have taken the oath of office required by 5 U.S.C. 3331 and have not or will not violate that oath of office during their tenure of office as defined by the third part of the law,
18 U.S.C. 1918 provides penalties for violation of oath of office described in 5 U.S.C. 7311 which include: (1) removal from office and; (2) confinement or a fine.
18 USC § 241 – Conspiracy against rights: If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or
If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—
They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
These are not all of the crimes committed: civil and criminal, state and federal; but it is a good start.}
Any POS coming through my window at night is getting a facefull of 12 gauge 00 buckshot.
Pray a prayer for these jack booted gun toting thugs. Without thier badges and guns these punks would be playing with themselves. The only reason they’re cops is because they feel the need to extend thier manhood. That’s why they are always hanging around the local donut shop trying to tag the donut shop girls. They’re punks, with badges and guns. No difference between them and the NAZI’s of Germany.
Say the prayer for these scum bags… Psalms 109 vs 4 thru 20….. don’t think this is a prayer for thier own good…….
Watch the fallen cops website, todate there have been in excess of 50 of these punks die…. supposedly in the line of duty… probably all good cops leaving the scum bags behind with us. They’re a disgrace to human kind.
That is why cops hang with cops and they are not welcome in the real people circles. they are a bunch of trained indoctorated liers and con men working for the elite society and that is why they do not have to follow the same rules as every one else.
It’s an old canard that there is no difference between cops and criminals. They think alike, they act alike.
Hey there JoeD – If it wasn`t for cops and these so called laws there would not be any crimanals. The people would be honest and take matters into their own hand. So just what are you about son. What you said tells me a lot about you.
I usually don’t comment when I agree but I have to call them like I see them.
I would like to know what a cops definition of what a criminal is then eh JoeD, because there seems to be a different interpertation of what a criminal is. I am not a criminal but I definately know a bunch of criminal cops. So how do you define criminal JoeD
Capturing the suspect does not override the rights of the people to be safe in their own homes. What the cops are doing is certainly not making anyone safer.
It’s a rare occurrence when the suspect enters a house and endangers the occupants. But it’s not so rare for the cops to go into a house and do that. I would bet it happens hundreds of times more often.
It seems that not only the family’s constitutional rights were violated, but their civil rights as well. I think that every family that this happens to should sue the police department as well as seperate lawsuits against the officers directly.
SO WHAT IS BEING DONE ABOUT ALL THE CRIMES
COMMITTED BY “COPS” ?????
WE HEAR THIS EVERYDAY….MORE AND MORE INNOCENT
PEOPLE BEING TERRORIZED BY “COPS”….
WTF IS BEING DONE ABOUT IT?
Where are THOSE articles?
Few and far between.
WTH do you expect from a bunch of dumbed down sheeple?
TEL YA WHAT GEORGE, I have made it a misson to tell every one who the cops are and what they do amd where they live and where hey frequent, and I did F a quite a few cops over, they cannot even go to the park for a picnic or even to the store without somebody knowing who they are, and yes they do not even have a job with the cops outside of a commision type job where they got to rat on people and yes one of then cheap bought off bastards did try to set someone up and got his F`n back broke so that is what ya do dammit. P.S. And ya know what george ya even tell every one where their kids go to school and every little superficial thing you can bring up from under that rock they all live under!! that is what ya do george.
Plus if you mail to their home a little coffin!
The message will be understood!
My answer would be 2300 grns.Thats 10 230grn .45 acp rounds.Don’t think they would let me get a second chance clip in.
They’ re behaving like redcoats and should be treated as such.
Our ancestors showed us how it’s done and we must
do it again. Tyranny knows no bounds except for death.
Liberty or death.
Choose.

““Deputies entered the house through the open window in an effort to locate the suspect and to assure the safety of the occupants,” says the police press release.”
TOO LATE! So much for that idea. As Ben Kenobi would sarcastically say, “GOOD JOB.”
“We don’t need no stinking warrant! As well we don’t need evidence!”
You’re a bunch of terrists & we are here to keep you safe!
USA! USA! USA!!
Enough is Enough. I’m chomping at the bit here.
This is the result of allowing Israelis to militarize your police. RJ, someone should be keeping score of these cops on a web page that includes their info, family pictures, etc. Maybe then they will think twice about going bat shit crazy off the rails with power.
If that was Us and We shot their dog ………We would be on trial for Murder…………….
The scale of justice is way off tilt. The weight all belongs to the police and politicians with the people suffering under their cruel and unusual taxes to fund terrorist countries with MY money, to fund their lavish lifestyles in the upper echelon and laugh at us as we squirm. The time for our 2nd birth, 2nd revolution has come. Ill come peacefully but I’m willing to do what is necessary, for my daughters future. FYI. Cops, you ever enter my house, don’t worry, you will survive the encounter but I will enter your house afterwards, everyone of you cowards and skull bang your whole family and feed you to your dog.
