San Antonio Police Killing Suspect: Society Not Allowing Me to See My Son, I’m Sorry

Published on Nov 22, 2016 by YouHotNews

A man suspected of killing a San Antonio police detective has offered an apology to the dead officer’s family.
Otis Tyrone McKane, 31, was arrested Monday in the fatal shooting of Detective Benjamin Marconi. Police say Marconi was killed specifically because he was a law enforcement officer.
“I believe that the uniform was targeted,” Police Chief William McManus said at a Monday news conference.
Marconi, 50, was shot at close range Sunday as he wrote a traffic ticket outside of police headquarters. The shooting led to a massive manhunt as police released photos of the suspect, his car and asked the public for help
McKane was arrested and taken into custody without incident. As he was escorted out of the police department, reporters asked him why he had been upset.
“Society not allowing me to see my son,” McKane replied. “I lashed out at somebody who didn’t deserve it.”
“I’ve been through several custody battles and I was upset at the situation I was in.”
When asked if he had anything to say to Marconi’s family, he replied: “I’m sorry,” as he was escorted away.

  1. Okay. I don’t know about anyone else but I’m not buying this. This looks completely staged.
Everything the guy said sounded like lines he memorized before hand.
“I lashed out at somebody….” Who the hell talks like that?
Sounds like it was written by a CIA editor.
And since when do the knuckle draggers let the media interview someone in custody?
    Staged.
I don’t know who really killed the pig or if the pig is even really dead.
    But this? This is fake.

    1. Agreed, when I sent this in my subject line read “I smell BS”. My comment on YouTube for this video reads “This smells like BS to me….. Why is the alleged perp being paraded in front of the media and why is he talking?”.

  2. Men have no rights. In a divorce court, the man loses everything. The government takes from the man what he loves, what he owns and a large part of what he will ever earn. Men should be bloody mad about it. I’m surprised child protection service people are not hanging from the street lights.

    1. I won my custody battle , and got full rights to my than 5 year old daughter ( and im the guy) over 13 years ago even

you cant let the Liars (oops lawyers) run the show .. you have to be the man and run it to win .my hand written file is thick as hell
It also helps to be dilligent , learn how the court plays the games they do .. and Fck them into the corner on each step , I even told the Judge ” fine if im in contempt of court , than you do not have this childs best interst in mind” my lawyer about croaked , it was my response to not letting my kid back into the egg donors care after finding my 5 year old walking down the street with no supervision , yeah the dum fcks were going to let her have the kid back for her visitation but i said NFW..Didnt go to jail, didnt get contempt of court either ..Big Balls bro.. F the robe

9 months and plenty of pain and suffering ..and plenty of checks written

but the case was my main focus and so was the betterment of my child
and I proved to be the better parent

so much so , i got the egg donors rights removed and the woman i married afterwards adopted my daughter

yeah , the egg donor learned she F’ed with the wrong guy, and i wasn’t going to be her free ride for life just for laying on her back

  3. this is a BS story

no one kills an unrelated( to the case) cop, because someone cant see his kids in a custody battle.. everyone knows you dice the Lawyer

come on people .. jeeze.. oh and its a Black man wanting to see his kids .. yeah lol right! SMDH him and 300,000 other baby daddys
