Serious alert:
If you know anybody who went to the Bundy Ranch standoff in 2014 and they were carrying openly or concealed and it was known to anybody else that they were, they should take immediate action to secure their finances, place trusted individuals on their utility bills and bank accts for access, create a power of attorney, seek legal representation immediately and shut down all communication that may be used against him including Facebook Twitter wicker signal and any other communicating assets for the next two weeks..
Although the suggested advice alone is mine the alert came directly from the legal representation of indicted individuals.
Most importantly have an avenue in place to alert all of your friends and family in the event that you are kidnapped by federal agents or their henchmen.

There was a better way, and Lavoy was presented with it by the Truth Keepers. Unfortunately, Lavoy and the Bundy brothers did not understand how the federal government operates and rejected the proposal that would have place the protestors in a position of power.

If they were planning on doing something like this and then continuing with their regular lives later, they should have taken EVERY effort to conceal their identities. Full face and head coverage would be mandatory, as would difficult-to-trace transportation to and from the site.
If they had actually used their weapons, they would have had a lot more to worry about than being identified later. But if it had been me, I’d have made sure that NOT ONE round of the ammo loaded into their mags or weapons had EVER been touched by my bare skin. DNA can be left on a casing or bullet during handling, and that DNA can sometimes survive the firing of a gun.
Hopefully a lot more people in the Liberty Movement are aware of these things than it seems.

I do not use FB, but the individuals should prepare and protect their families, especially their children in safe havens. They best find other family members or trusted individuals to ‘legally’ protect and care for their children — they are easy targets by the governments, foreign and domestic.

We have a friend in danger; what are we going to do. Yes; he was at the Bundy ranch; but had done not ONE thing illegal: at least under Nevada law. He was the only one of us that had the BALLS to go there to report for us. What are we going to do for him?
What can we do for him? What can we do for all of the victims involved with this imposed judicial tyranny? All I know to do, at this point, is pray and try to financially support the legal processes on their behalf.
Well; I’ll do what I can. They all know who we are on this site; so what does it matter. Anyone that knows what he needs; please post. As far as the rest of them; we didn’t show up there at the jail in Portland (2000+ armed); and demand their release; why do you think they are doing all this now?
From all i read across the country, most all people think all the protesters are wrong, to me what they dont understand, there is more than one thing goin on at the time. All just very sad when it came down.
Those at the standoff showed balls, but they sure didn’t use their brains.

I’m not trying so say the Second Amendment is obsolete. Not at all. But it is not possible for a group of people, armed only with firearms, to OPENLY have it out with a first-world military or paramilitary force, especially on OPEN terrain, and expect to avoid being slaughtered.
In particular, terrain is extremely important — the more difficult, the better. Mountains with caves, dense forests, and especially large urban structures can really level the playing field. Bad weather can do the same by limiting air power and the effectiveness of many sensors. All these things should be studied in detail.
For those who haven’t done their homework, the book RESISTANCE TO TYRANNY by Joseph P. Martino is STRONGLY recommended. It was published in 2010, so it’s fairly up-to-date, though the author is careful to point out that his book is a PRIMER, not the final word. Nevertheless, I can think of no better place to start for anyone who has yet to seriously study the subject. Those hapless protesters obviously should have done so, but clearly they didn’t. In fact, if I were in charge of the Liberty Movement, I would make reading this book mandatory.
I expect for the enforcers in government soon to openly attack the American people and not care about the political repercussions.
Brains? Yes the Bundy’s had brains. This was carefully planned from the beginning. There is one person in charge of the refuge Dec. 1st through March 31st. (private contractor). This person gave the Bundy’s WRITTEN permission to occupy the refuge; along with the keys to the headquarters and the master key box. There are no FEDERAL employees to interfere with until April 1; so there goes those charges. That is why the Feds could not; and did not move in on them. The contractor chose to stay at the Narrows campground to be next to the restaurant for breakfast, ect; instead of the refuge; I would have done the same. He was the one arrested; and had his camper and personal belongings removed (on video by lucky chance) from the Narrows campground. The only possible charge from the whole ordeal; was the idiot that drove the truck to town; but could still be covered by the invite. The Bundy’s knew what they were doing; and accomplished what they were after. 1,000,000 MB+ of info from the BLM computers; sent to (encrypted) 100’s of us to catalog. This will save them; but is the same thing that keeps them locked up. They are willing to stay there to keep from giving this info up. I’ll respect that. Let’s concentrate on the Bundy ranch situation.

OMG! Why would they post the one thing that protects them? Good try. The original paper copy is far away and protected. The Fed and county had knowledge of it; before the Bundys took the refuge. They knew Dave was the only one that could have done it. He has since dropped from the surface of the earth. Who has thought or helped him? I think this is bad advice. If you took an armed stand, you should have been prepared to die. You should still be prepared to die. Hell, I wasn’t there , but anytime anyone knocks on my door , someone else answers and I am in position to grab my rifle. Why the hell would anyone prepare to go into a court room run by the corrupt government? Finish your stand, either at home , on the run or better yet with those willing to stand with you.

I can not believe how impossible it is to find anyone, ANYONE, who will even consider fighting. Heaven forbid.
I think there are people all across the country who would already be fighting if they didn’t have wives and children to worry about.
A family man is very unlikely to go out and start anything by himself, or even in a small group. If he does, he might do disproportionate damage, but the chances of getting killed or eventually caught are just too high for him to risk leaving his family to fend for themselves. Before he’ll take that chance, he’s going to need to see LOTS of other people joining his team — enough that he feels there’s a realistic chance of success and lasting change.
I suspect the above situation applies to most men in the Liberty Movement to some degree. Each guy is waiting around for other people to get the party going before he puts the lampshade on his head. This could change if enough people begin to seriously fear for their children’s future, as most sensible parents would rather have their children lose their father at a young age than have to live out their lives under the jackboot.
There is the rub.
The very people who have skin in this, lives are too precious to fight for it.
Meanwhile those of us who have nothing meaningful other than self freedom(because we know whats coming and decided to wait to start a family) are suppose to run on our swords before the “family man” will stop stepping on our necks.
I would prefer that your kids dont live as slaves, BUT, its hard to go and die for those peoples useless dna/progeny. Especially when it is THAT majority that keeps me down.

If the pigs were going to stand up against tyranny, the first thing they’d have to do would be quit their jobs, since so many of the laws they’re paid to enforce are tyrannical. Hardly any of them are going to do that.
It’s clear that most pigs ENJOY their work. They enjoy the power trip, the camaraderie and sense of importance they get from being a part of a special “enforcer” class, and the many privileges they’re granted. Regarding the latter, note how cops are unofficially above many of the laws that apply to the rest of us (DWI, traffic offenses, steroid use, stalking, domestic violence, weapons restrictions, assault, and even murder in some cases).
So no, the pigs aren’t going to have a change of heart. They don’t have hearts — most of them are psychopaths to one degree or another. How else could they sleep at night after imprisoning people and ruining their lives over “crimes” like smoking or selling pot? These people are perfectly happy to be servants to the oligarchs as long as the oligarchs pay them enough of our money and allow them to lord it over us.
