Star Spangled Banner As You’ve Never Heard It

The story of how our national anthem came to be. This is a story every American should hear. It’s a little lengthy, but I’m sure it’ll be worth your time.

It took me awhile to make this. Towards the end I started getting lazy, so that’s why it may not be as great as the rest of the video. Enjoy anyways though 🙂

Oh yeah, and sorry about the typos in the anthem.

  1. Very inspirational… I truly hope that we still have the fortitude to continue the heroic legacy of our Founders.

  2. This story of the Star Spangled Banner is the biggest piece of historical garbage I have ever heard or seen. The narrator talks about the colonies and the colonials and Key associating with George Washington. The Star Spangled Banner was written during the War of 1812. We had been the United States of America for 36 years by then. Washington died in 1799. Key boarded a British ship to negotiate the release of a Mister Beanne. There were no American prisoners of war on that ship. There were not a bunch of civilians at Ft. McHenry who held up the flag pole with their dying bodies.
There are many other untruths in the rendition also. What a bunch of garbage!
