  1. Didn`t watch the movie, but isn`t autoimune deficiencies one of the side effects of those GMO`s when they were doing those studies on rats in another article?

  2. Yep … seems I’ve become host to an upper respiratory virus for the past 7 days now. I managed to keep it from going into my lungs though.

These viral infections keep getting stronger by the year. Antibiotics have no affect on viruses. Just have to wait ’til it runs it’s course.

Been taking Tumeric, Oregano oil, Vitamin C, Olive Leaf Extract, raw garlic, lots of clean water and a couple of doses of Mucinex-D. Now I am the one with the upper hand on this particular battle. A few more days and I’ll be clear.

    1. I am suprised that you do not take things like milk thistle rt and/or things like dandelion rt. Echenacia is good if you catch your cold in the first 24 – 36 hr.s or so. Green tea and those others I mentioned would also be good for you and #1 @ 9:07 am. Ha, and don`t forget that elderberry extract too, as those are all good herbals 😉

      1. I don’t take anything, digger. I don’t even take time off work. I’ve found that if I lay around in bed and act sick, I stay sick longer. I get over them quicker if I just work through them.

Sharing with others at work is always a bonus too. 🙂

      2. Yes those are all very good things Digger but I took what I had on hand at the time, which actually did the job very well. I didn’t feel well enough to go out in public to shop, nor did I have the money at the time.

        1. Awe yes Cathleen, I know exactly what you are sayin`. I have the same prob.s as you. I only go through reputable wholesalers for my herbal meds. The stores are way way over priced and a lot of times they are old/out dated stuff. Paul has a good brand that I used to use that is reasonably priced and they have good qyality, and that is the ” NOW ” brand. A lot of places carry that brand. Hey Cathleen and #1, I hope ya feel better soon eh. 😕

    2. High-dose vitamin C in the form of liposomal or lipospheric vitamin C, and if that doesn’t wipe it out, colloidal silver. Be well, Cathleen.
