This video expose is styled as a documentary short, covering 5 unusual facts about Walmart store closings. Walmart has had numerous contracts with the U.S. government. One of these goes back to the early 2000s, when Walmart began a cooperative with the U.S. Defense Department on RFID technology. With the help of the DoD, Walmart has been at the forefront of biometric and RFID technology. In 2012-2013, Walmart introduced SoloHealth stations into their stores and announced that it was an Obamacare, also known as the Affordable Care Act, initiative. Most people overlooked that the SoloHealth stations came equipped with RFID scanning technology. Walmart was a pilot for these SoloHealth Stations, and collected data on thousands of people as a part of the test run.
In the past year, Walmart has announced that it will be closing many stores as a part of portfolio management, but in 2015 their explanation was different. They closed 5 stores because of “plumbing problems.” In 2016, 10 percent of stores in Brazil closed. Brazil is currently in an economic recession that is quickening to depression. Many of the closed stores in the U.S. have been gutted for some odd reason; all the products have been removed.
In March 2016, Google accidentally leaked a map of the United States showing all Walmart stores permanently closed. The media did not cover this, though it was covered by a local Arkansas newspaper. Google claimed the map was an accident, but it is strange considering the only businesses shown to be “permanently closed” were Walmart supercenters, neighborhood markets, and express stores.
Also, there is some evidence that Walmart stores are a part of a system of tunnels underneath the United States. This topic was not addressed in this video.
Knowing all of the past contracts that Walmart has with the U.S. government, are we now seeing Walmart stores transition to their true purpose?
Oh no…the ghosts of Walmart have returned !!!
There’s absolutely nothing in this video that I wouldn’t expect from the nation’s largest retailer during an economic collapse, and despite the narrator’s macabre and conspiratorial voice, there’s a simple explanation for everything that’s offered here as “evidence” of sinister plots.
Stores are closing because they’re not selling enough merchandise.
Barbed wire on the roofs of closed stores deters vandalism, and burglars from pilfering any remaining stock. (it’s not a prison)
Renovation work in stores remaining open is preparation for necessary downsizing.
RFID chips are the latest technology in medical record keeping. Any computerized medial monitoring booth that can’t read a chip, will be obsolete soon after it’s produced.
The “partnering” of Walmart and DHS here is limited to their “see something, say something” campaign, and asking Walmart to push the idea is undoubtedly the cheapest way to reach a lot of people with it.
We’re living under fascism. Every corporation is working hand-in-glove with the government, because to a large extent, they ARE the government.
I’m not saying Walmart is innocent, but I am saying that I see a scheme unfolding to distract and discredit a lot of people with these crazy Walmart conspiracies that don’t seem to go away, despite the lack of any real evidence.
“Also, there is some evidence that Walmart stores are a part of a system of tunnels underneath the United States. This topic was not addressed in this video.”
Why not? Some tunnel evidence, if it exists anywhere, might have given this video, and all the Walmart conspiracies some much-needed credibility.
The “see something say something” ads began in the NYC subway system. They have real tunnels.
I concur, JR.
Your response still doesnt explain the relationship with the government and the Janet Napoltano’s message only involving one corporation Walmart kinda spelling a relationship out and why her message if you see something in the store say something. She specifically named Walmart when there are many corporations out there including banks. To me that is suspicious and I do believe that there is something sinister here call it lack of trust.
Obamacare RFID chips is a hoax:
First off, the referenced information was not part of the “Obamacare” health care legislation actually enacted by Congress. The page numbers and language cited in the example above were taken from HR 3200, an early House version of health care reform legislation which was never passed by Congress.
Second, nothing in any of those unpassed bills mandated that anyone be implanted with any type of microchip or RFID-based device, for any reason. The passages quoted above reference a section of the legislation that simply called for the creation of a registry which would allow the Department of Health and Human Services to collect data about medical devices “used in or on a patient” (such as pacemakers or hip replacements) for purposes that included tracking the effectiveness of such devices and facilitating the distribution of manufacturer recall notices. Absolutely nothing in those bills required that patients receive any type of implantable device (microchip or otherwise) or authorized the government to mandate the implantation of devices in patients.
A July 2013 article about implanted microchips being “given a test run on the proud and patriotic citizens of Hanna, Wyoming” was mistaken by many readers for a genuine news story. However, that article was just a spoof from the satirical National Report web site.

I Apologize, RFID Chip in Hannah, Wyoming Article is a HOAX:
Underground tunnels that do exist and they’ve partnered with DHS. I’m sure your right, nothing to worry about.
