Kelly Thomas was a schizophrenic homeless man who lived on the streets of Fullerton, California, until he was severely beaten by members of the Fullerton Police Department on July 5, 2011. Thomas was initially taken to St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton after the beating, but was transferred to the UC Irvine Medical Center. He was comatose on arrival there and not expected to recover. He never regained consciousness.
Medical records show that bones in his face were broken and he choked on his own blood.The coroner concluded that compression of the thorax made it impossible for Thomas to breathe normally and deprived his brain of oxygen.His parents removed him from life support five days later, and he died from his injuries on July 10, 2011.
Orange County district attorney Tony Rackauckas gave a detailed account of the events during a press conference on September 21, 2011. Using digital audio recording devices carried by the officers, surveillance video from a pole camera at the Fullerton Transportation Center, and other evidence, Rackauckas provided evidence that Thomas did comply with orders from Officer Ramos, who had put on latex gloves and asked Thomas “Now see my fists? They are getting ready to fuck you up.”
Rackauckas went on to describe how Thomas begged for his life, before being beaten to death.

Yep and the elite are paying the judge to do let them cops go free in order to instill more civil unrest among the masses. That’s all this is. They are doing everything they can to get the people to riot that it’s driving them nuts that it’s not happening. So they continue and continue and will continue until we the people finally put our foot down and say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! Then it’s game on.
I saw this video when it first came out , @ the end when he called out for his dad this really affected me ! I have a son the same age that had some problems . This could have been my son ! Had this been my son, I would have been all in @ this time & on the hunt!!!

Hi ya JD, A guy in Eau Claire, WI. had the cops at his house to arrest him on a disorderly or something last night and he got tired of the cops harrasing him all the time. I guess they were at his house something like 14 times over the last year and the guy had it with them and just started opening up on the cops and shooting at them. Yea the cops shot him and now he is in the hosp. I heard this on this mornings local news.
For the life of me, I cannot understand how the jury let these POS thugs off, especially after seeing the video!
If we don’t stop this behavior of “Largest Gang in America”, our children and our children’s children have no hope whatsoever.

Yep. Throw a pig roast in honor of Kelly and invite all the area homless people. I think that that would be a good thing to do. People are always forgetting about the homeless people like they are trash 🙁

Now the FBI has stepped in to investigate, which is a good thing. Now we see talk of vigilantes dealing out their form of justice, not only on those two, but all 6 involved. This verdict has just left the door open for more police brutality, which will continue until the people involved in situations like this are brought to justice and punished. What ever happened to the words “to serve and protect”? The street gangs of America need be held accountable for their actions.

I watched the video on Activist Post , about 20 mins long. When these
barbarians began their attack on this poor guy they were out in the
open and somehow the barbarians pushed this guy behind the
bushes so the brutality of what was inflicted could not be observed
and I saw a couple of barbarians look back towards the camera.
Sneaky. I counted seven barbarians all hovered over Kelly so one
could not see their barbaric actions. They beat this poor guy to a
pulp. Can’t wait on hell to punish; justice now. Another schizophrenic,
18 y.o was shot by a detective because “we don’t have time for this”
a few days ago right in front of his parents and the victim was subdued.
