Before It’s News – by Mort Amsel
As soon as tomorrow afternoon votes are expected in the Uruguayan House of Representatives which will cast the country into the lead to become the first country to official end cannabis prohibition.
The country’s president, José Mujica, and the ruling party in the Uruguayan Senate, Frente Ampli, are also public supporters of replacing cannabis prohibition with a state monopoly on cannabis commerce.
I am a huge supporter of the legalization of Marijuana. I was good friends with mary jane for over 6 years and though we no longer talk to one another, I think very kindly of her and am glad we spent so much time together. Marijuana is less harmful than Soda. Why its illegal still is beyond unfathomable but im sure it has everything to do with money and the scumbag powers that be. Good for you Uruguay.
On a side note, the President of Uruguay, who leads the charge to legalize it in his country is this man:
Peace. -Mort
There it is….the phrase “of replacing cannabis prohibition with a state monopoly on cannabis commerce.” WooHoooo you go Uruguay. Congratulations on making people pay for something that they could grow for f#@king free in their backyards.
I agree weed is so damn easy to grow.
Hopefully, this doesn’t mean potency regulation. 🙂
On a side note:
The idiot Dutch government is trying to kill weed and prostitution…during a depression. What do they think people will go there for? Windmills and cheese… lol?
