VITAMIN D-3: ADHD, Infertility, Painful Periods, Dementia, Parkinson’s, Autism, ALS, Obesity, Sleep Disorders, Snoring.

There are lots of other diseases and conditions relating to D-3. Read on.

Sleep disorders. Catalepsy. Body designed to go into paralysis when we sleep so the body can repair itself. Certain parts of the body do not get complete paralysis at night. REM disorders. Carpal tunnel syndrome, restless leg syndrome. There are 19 neurotransmitters besides acetylcholine. Snoring is a paralysis disorder. Paralyzed where we breathe.

D-3 is both a Vitamin and a pro-hormone. The latter means that D-3 is a precursor to your body making certain specific hormones.

D-3 also relates to your gut biochome and acetylcholine which is why a deficiency does so much harm in so many areas of the human body.

Colonic bacteria builds vitamin B. That is why bears can hibernate. The gut also makes short chain fatty acids which control appetite. Obese people have the wrong bacteria.

Pantothenic acid has been shown in the research literature to raise cortisol levels. It also appears to improve stress resiliency, acting as a modulating agent for adrenal function. Pantothenic acid is a precursor for acetyl coenzyme A production, a compound essential for the production of corticosteroid hormones.

Hint 1: People with sufficient Vitamins D-3 and K-2 are not likely to develop covid to a point where hospitalization and intensive care are needed.

Only take D-3 if you have a blood test saying you are deficient. An overdose of either B Complex or D-3 is harmful.

Microbiome defined: It is the genetic material of all the microbes – bacteria, fungi, protozoa and viruses – that live on and inside the human body. The number of genes in all the microbes in one person’s microbiome is 200 times the number of genes in the human genome. The microbiome may weigh as much as five pounds.

Hint 2: Dr Rhonda Patrick told us that the gut barrier keeps us healthy. It is one layer deep and surrounds the intestines and the colon preventing pathogens from entering the gut, hence gut barrier. You need 3 things for a healthy gut barrier: They are a high fiber diet (25 grams a day for women), probiotics and Vitamin B Complex. The gut is a manufacturing center for the body. It helps keep the brain alert. Dr Gomiak says after you stabilize your biochome using B, Complex and Vitamin D-3 that you can reduce B supplements and not worry about probiotics as the body takes care of itself very well.

Cholesterol makes cortisol. So taking statin might cause you pain.

Statins are a class of drugs often prescribed by doctors to help lower cholesterol levels in the blood. By lowering the levels, they help prevent heart attacks and stroke. Studies show that, in certain people, statins reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and even death from heart disease by about 25% to 35%.

Side effects can vary between different statins, but common side effects include: headache. dizziness.feeling sick.feeling unusually tired or physically weak.digestive system problems, such as constipation, diarrhea, indigestion or farting. muscle pain. sleep problems.low blood platelet count.

Cortisol prevents autoimmune diseases.

Sleeping meds do not give REM sleep. REM  in paralysis of deep sleep is needed for the body to repair itself.

Vitamin B pump will pump 3 vitamins in. Too much of one reduces the other 2. B complex should not be given in isolated doses. B 100 then reduced to B 50 for her patients.

Why is there a deficiency of pantothenic acid if it is everywhere?

4 bacteria species in gut colon. Multiple, Sclerosis, Crohn’s disease, Irritable, Bowel Syndrome are all related to this same cause, a disturbance in the 4 and D-3.

Swollen legs sometimes due to a lack of B.

Some Parkinson’s disease patients have REM deprivation. REM disturbed and people kick and fight in sleep.

Acetylcholine and cortisol are both made by coenzyme A. Fibromyalgia is linked to B5 and probably some other B vitamins. Pain is a sign we were not properly paralyzed in our sleep.

Weird neurological disorders might be due to sleep switches.

Normal humans go to sleep at 10 and wake up at 6.
