Your Body Is Not Your Own; It Belongs To The State

WEB Notes: The police cannot perform any search or seizure unless they have a very specific warrant to do so. Even if they have such a warrant, to force a catheter in you is not acceptable and everyone should voice their opposition to this.

How can America be considered the land of the free when police can extract a urine or blood sample against your will?

While there is a multitude of case law regarding the 4th Amendment and searches of persons, vehicles and dwellings, there is little on the books regarding what police can do to the human body.

In March of 2009, Jamie Lockhard was pulled over in Lawrenceburg, Indiana by a police officer who said Lockhard failed to stop at a stop sign. Officers suspected Lockhard had been drinking so they had him take a breathalyzer test.

It registered .07; .01 under the legal limit. Not satisfied with the breathalyzer results, police obtained a search warrant for blood and urine samples and transported Lockhard to a nearby hospital.

    1. “Gestapo,” but yes, the term fits perfectly.

They aren’t warriors at all, but soft little cowards whose only strength comes from association with Big Brother. Their ranks are filled with pussies who could never fight against a more powerful enemy — something every true liberty-seeker is prepared to do.

      1. Appreciate the correction on the spelling, BMF. Honestly, I did not want to take the time to get the correct spelling at time of posting.

      1. Hal Apeeno, thanks for the link. I’ll be checking it out for sure. Was just on Craigslist looking at the motor homes for sale.
Again, thanks, and appreciate you posting the link.

  1. ‘They’ can have it when I’m done with it.
Until then, ‘they’ will have to don ‘their’ battle britches!

    Sincerely,

      Beat me to it, Hal.

Only way THEY’LL ever ‘own’ me!

  2. “Even if they have such a warrant, to force a catheter in you is not acceptable and everyone should voice their opposition to this.”

We’re way past the ‘voicing’ point.

The only ‘voices’ they’ll pay any attention to will be the ones made by Remington, Colt, Smith & Wesson, etc.
