McConnell claims Serco’s lenders placed Lynch as U.S. Attorney General to oversee Jade Helm after her successful use of Tor actors with ICE scripts to conceal the 8(a) hit of the late Adam Lanza’s mother, Nancy Lanza, an alleged CIA agent in the “hedge fund ghetto” of Connecticut County of Fairfield who had tracked HSBC drug money into the Clinton Foundation.

After 9/11, the United States government created the Department of Homeland Security to prevent future acts of terrorism and deal with other domestic issues. Now in order to keep doing such, the agency is asking for 450 million hollow point bullets. The DHS has signed off on an “indefinite delivery” from defense contractors ATK that will include, for some reason, nearly 500 million high-power ammunition for .40 caliber firearms. The department has yet to discuss why they are ordering such a massive bevy of bullets for an agency that has limited need domestically for doing harm, but they say they expect to continue receiving shipments from the manufacturer for the next five years, during which they plan to blow through enough ammunition to execute more people than there are in the entire United States. “We are proud to extend our track record as the prime supplier of .40 caliber duty ammunition for DHS,” reads an official statement from Ron Johnson, ATK’s president of Security and Sporting, who adds that his group will also be giving up weaponry to the DHS subdivision of ICE, or Immigrations and Custom Enforcement.”

According to FSB analysts in this memorandum, Adam Lanza attacked the Sandy Hook primary education school in the Connecticut County of Fairfield, known as the “hedge fund ghetto” due to its being one of the wealthiest counties in the United States, where he killed school officials and an entire class of children Russian intelligence experts believe were a part of a DARPA “experiment” being oversaw by his mother Nancy Champion Lanza. The total death count from this massacre is 28 as it, also, includes both Adam Lanza and his mother.

Though initial US news reports claimed Nancy Champion Lanza was a teacher at the Sandy Hook school, this report states this information is not true, and which has been confirmed by local school authorities, including Lillian Bittman, who served on the local school board until 2011, who stated, “No one has heard of her, teachers don’t know her.”

Russian intelligence files on Nancy Champion Lanza, however, say she lived the majority of her life in and around what is known as the Merrimack Valley Region of Massachusetts and New Hampshire and that the weapons used in this massacre, said to be owned by her, are standard CIA issue. US news reports are further stating that her brother, James Champion, a retired Kingston, New Hampshire police officer, is currently being questioned by the FBI.”

Under a five-year plan for overhauling its information technology systems, the Small Business Administration recently acquired new software for financial and other administrative tasks. .. In the first phase of the modernization, the agency has upgraded systems for managing its extensive portfolio of guaranteed loans, chief operating officer Kristine Marcy [Field McConnell’s sister] said. SBA processed its first electronic loan last November through its Sacramento, Calif., office and plans to add more private lenders during fiscal 2001. .. Marcy said. Banks had been asking SBA to make faster decisions on loan guarantees. The agency decided to aim for a [onion router] turnaround time of one hour. Troubled outsourcing company Serco is planning a £550m rights issue after lowering its profit forecast for this year and next and identifying a whopping £1.5bn of impairments at a company currently valued at just £1.7bn and with reported assets of £2.8bn. The company also lowered its forecast for adjusted operating profit this year by £20m to £130m-140m and lowered its outlook for 2015.
