What dates was our common law court jurisdictions removed, which prevented us from proper exercise of our rights as law? That would be how long we have been living under tyranny at a minimum.
One could also argue, it has been at the outset, as they only ever wanted to craft the constitution as a mechanism to gain total control (tyranny) over the masses of Americans, not to mention the theft of out natural resources thereof, which they have done anyways, regardless of the existence of our bill of rights and common law courts.
Those before us failed to respond and secure our birthrights, and every generation after has continued to allow more and more usurpation.
It has fallen to us……….!
