On October 26, 2001 the Patriot Act (an injunction on the people’s 4th Article for the u. S. Bill of Rights) was declared as an open act of insurrection as the government has never had any authority to define, alter, or regulate the people’s God given rights.
On December 31, 2012, just before midnight, the National Defense Authorization Act with Sections 1021 and 1022 for the military arrest and indefinite detention of American nationals without any due process of the law was signed as an act of open sedition against we the people and our Republic.
These two acts represent an absolute declaration of war against we the people and, coupled with the million and one infringements perpetrated upon we American nationals every day by local municipalities, county commissions, state and federal governments, and private corporate entities, represent, by definition, a foreign international insurgency into the United States.
We as American nationals know that we are not bound by any act of any person that infringes upon our God given rights, yet millions of our people are being held in the communist gulags as a consequence thereof.
We see Agenda 21 being implemented upon our persons in direct defiance of our rights and our sovereignty.
We see government thugs being unleashed upon our people in an attempt to beat us into submission, knowing full well that under the constitutional contract there exists no authority for any individual or collective therein to create police forces to enforce violation of the people’s rights upon the people.
The United States constitutional contract has been breached. The District of Columbia is a failed state with a rogue authority, being controlled by international gangsters who intend to conquer our union and enslave us. Make no mistake, we are at war, by every definition of that word and our people are being murdered by our enemy on a daily basis.
We have been slow to come together as our individuality and individual adherence to our rights has proven to be our only saving grace, thus making it difficult to unite.
This war will go hot and will be different from any other war in our nation’s history as we have a foreign invasion entangled and working hand in hand with an internal insurgency. We do not have the luxury of time to untangle a ball of spaghetti, thus we must clear the table and start anew, while at the same time preserving our constitutional system, which has not failed because it is flawed in its body, but because we the American nationals as individuals have failed in our duty to enforce our rights, which is essential to the proper function of the Constitution as a mechanism that serves the individual, rather than seeks to enslave him or her through an unconstitutional collective assertion thereof.
No one individual or collective consisting of all but one, can alter to any degree the absolute, unalienable rights contained in the people’s Bill of Rights. Our Bill of Rights, though portrayed in the fraudulently altered depictions of our Constitution that we see today as amendments, is no such thing. It is indeed in our original Constitution, the first ten Articles, which cannot be altered as affirmed in the 9th Article, which states, “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”
If we the American nationals declared war today on the international corporate mafia and commenced hostilities, not only would we be well within our authority to do so, but in fact would have to be seen as delinquent in our duty to do so.
This has gone on far too long. No one can deny the righteousness and lawfulness of our cause. And from this point forward, we will gradually begin to lose the moral high ground as we start looking like cowards for not addressing and stopping the murders of our innocents by the second standing communist army, consisting of DHS, NSA, TSA, ATF, FBI, CIA, and every other unconstitutional seditious government created policing entity.
The fog has cleared. Those oppressing us are doing so in the open, using force and they are, by definition of the English language, completely lawless and without any authority over we the people. Fight now or acquiesce to cowardice.
God bless the Republic, death to the international corporate mafia, we shall prevail.

I feel your pain. I know what must be done if we are to ever regain our Republic and save our Constitution. The problem is that everyone has the “you go first” mindset. The communists know this also. As long as there is not one event that sets us into motion, it will never happen. I wish this were not true, but it is. I was and will always be a soldier. I know the only way to win a war is to fight and fight dirty. It was different for me in an actual war zone. My only purpose was to fight and win to be able to go home. Here it is different. We all have families that depend on us for protection and a roof over their heads. I watch daily as we lose more and more freedom. I hate them for what they are doing to us. Like you, I am willing to be the one who gives it all up to defend my family’s way of life, but until we have an event that gets the rest of the people on board, you and I would be just another news blip and our families would suffer for it.
Every time the communists infringe a little more I pray that the sheeple will say enough already and we can do something, but all that I hear are people pissing and moaning and doing nothing.
Like many Patriots, I have drawn my personal line in the sand with these communists. I wish more sheeple would do the same. I will not allow them to take any more freedom from me, as will alot of people who post here, but I cannot force the sheeple to wake up. I am tired of the sheeple and all of their stupidity. They think that this is all a game. They go watch their stupid TV shows and do not even think about what is coming. They are the ones that will be begging people like us to help them when the communists come for them.
I agree with you that we have lost our moral high ground. I feel that our only hope is going to be fighting like hell when they acutally come for us. Maybe enough sheeple will wake up when that starts happening. If not, the insurgency will start with us.
Let me add one more thing. The fool AJ isnt helping much. He did an interview with russel brant this weekend. I have fricking clue who this fool is, but he is talking about individual rights, then in the next sentence talks about “oneness” and how we all need to be one. Sounds like he is a fricking commie to me. AJ has alot of fools who listen to him mindlessly and will only do what he says. He is half of the problem. He isnt getting peolple in the mindset of a fight. He is stuck on protests and stickers and video taping. I met some AJ folks down the street from me a while back. When I brought up fighting they couldnt get away fast enough. As long as the sheeple think that we can vote or protest our way out of this, we are going it alone.

The insurgency began a long time ago. The fact is our enemies are the insurgents. We are patriots who fight for the Republic, the Constitution, and absolutely our Bill of Rights and I assure you our numbers are great. The people who have went out and armed to the teeth did not do so to turn those weapons over. Too many think they have to follow when in reality if each and every one of us absolutely refused the infringements and stood our ground, this problem could be eliminated forthwith.
Make no mistake, once things get underway, this war will rage on for years. If everyone was prepared and knew their rights they would have never tried it. They cannot defeat us. We grossly outnumber them and we are fighting on our own ground. The time will come soon, when the person who is not standing up will be the one ridiculed and shunned, as it should be.
Our enemies have spent a hundred years embedding their tyranny, this will not be undone over night. It is time for our people to start getting mean and if this war is to go hot simply because we put down our foot and demand an end to the infringements, then so be it.

Im not discouraged. It may sound like it some times, but I know there are many of us out there. I just see too many sheep that will never get ready and will expect us to save them. I know that the outspoken Patriots will probably end up being the motivation for the rest to make a stand. I believe we are close as well. This “shutdown” could be thte catalist. It has become an opportunity for the regime to flex its power and to prove it can close what they want, when they want. Alot of folks are pissed about what is going on right now during this BS shutdown. I am interested to see what may happen at the V.V. Memorial this weekend. A bunch of folks are heading up there to ensure that it is opened this weekend. I would go if I could.

When we can break critical mass of non-compliance, a simple break away from the matrix. That is when they will make their move to suppress and corral the mass Sovereign Nullification, they will expose themselves for who they really are for all to see…. then it will be on!!! Well, the common remarks I have been hearing in church, and groups I am involved in, and on the street is moving to “We need to replace the gov’t. Throw them all out and start over”. I guess that is a good start. I don’t know if they really understand what it would take to do that. I do remind them at every chance I get that that will take a revolution for restoration project. I do point out the arms race going on between the gov’t and we the people, and the shortages of arms and ammo as proof to them that everything is moving that direction. that they better get a clue and get up to speed. That they better get a grip on whats coming and prepare their hearts and decide what their part in this is going to be.
Unlike your comment that when you mention this type of stuff people turn and run as far away as they can. I don’t know if it is my approach, or what, that is giving me success in waking people. I am not seeing that deer in the headlights look that I used to see. Maybe, it because I ask them questions that force them to come to the correct conclusion, and actions. I don’t know but we all are having an effect.
I agree that more people are waking up. I spoke to a cousin of mine over the weekend who probably would never be considered a prepper. He has awakened recently and is active preparing. It is a start. He still believes that we can stop it, (he is glenn beck awake) but at least he is waking up and doing something.
We have a gun show here this weekend. I plan to go and see how people are feeling around here. The gun shows here are always packed with Patriots.

Absolutely, Henry. It’s simply unbelievable how sedentary the sheeple have become. Personally, I blame t.v. for their apathy. As long as “Dancing With The Stars” and the like keep showing, they’ll remain firmly entrenched in the Matrix.
If only someone would destroy the satellites broadcasting their ‘progamming’. Then the sheeple might actually have to do some critical thinking for a change.
However, the Fed’s charter will expire in a couple of months. That very well could be the catalyst. (if WWlll isn’t initiated before then, that is)
