A bill filed late last month in Missouri would step into the breach left by a federal government unwilling to restrain the unconstitutional surveillance of Americans.

To properly generate a One-Time Pad (OTP), you need a source of random numbers. There are electronic random number generators, but the cheapest way to generate randomness is to “roll the bones” as Geddy Lee and Neal Peart would say.

For our purposes, the easiest way to do this is by using 10-sided dice. They are also known as “D10” dice. Those of you who used to play Dungeons and Dragons, or some other role-playing game, or board-type wargame in the 1980s know what I’m talking about (and still probably have a bag of assorted dice packed away somewhere). Such is the case in America today. Government, especially the federal government, has far exceeded its constitutional limits. In a long vacuum of accountability and oversight, the federal government has evolved into increasing malfeasance, misfeasance, mis-appropriation of funds, graft, cronyism, nepotism, corruption, racketeering, double-dealing, collusion and improper or illicit personal behavior. It is not a case of what limits government. It has now become a case of whatever government wants to do without limits. There was a U.S.-backed coup which ousted a constitutionally elected president and replaced him with a regime more in line with U.S. interests. First in importance, tradition says, is the inclusion of black-eyed peas in your New Year’s Day menu. The most widely told story says that during the Civil War, black-eyed peas were a prevalent crop in the South. These “decrees”, and all others put forth by alphabet agencies, must be abolished and ended! Only a minimal amount of “common sense” points should be put forth as guidelines and be in place to also be tailored to each individual geographic location and purpose, never allowed to impose any restrictions upon the freemen and women of this Republic which would deny them the use of our natural resources entitled and guaranteed to ALL legal citizens set forth by our founding documents.
