If this is true about attention spans and lower IQ’s, it does explain “voters”.
The author even presses the point of short attention spans and lowered IQ’s home even further in the closing paragraph by advocating “citizens” plead for change for crimes committed with their money from those who actively and intentionally perpetrated such a plan against them.

Yep, does appear as a hit piece on actual chemtrailing. The irony is still in the last paragraph and perhaps that was the jab at anyone who would resort to pen and paper as a defense against even an imaginary threat of murder on aquatic life and humanity?
