This is how every one of my children’s Christmas trees came down, and my grandchildren are out doing the same as I am writing this. Only difference is we use a 12 gauge shotgun from 4 inches away. No more than 2 shots required
First I’ve ever heard of it, Henry. Growing up where I did, no one I knew went any further than the nearest Christmas tree lot (except to maybe a cheaper one).
Hell, I’d go out and shoot down trees for the whole neighborhood… if they supplied at least half the ammo. 🙂
Far less strenuous than axing it.
More fun, too. 🙂
