My objections to the “science” behind mankind driven climate change:
The greenhouse effect theory, i.e. upwelling/down welling/”back” radiation violates conservation of energy and thermodynamic laws. Yes, it really does! Not that it matters because the theory actually does not do anything, i.e. no net change in radiative balance at the ToA, per NASA 100 km.
The notion that the earth is 33 C warmer with an atmosphere than without is incorrect. The conditions postulated for the “no atmosphere” scenario are quite obviously with an atmosphere. The true explanation for the prevailing surface temperature, heat transfer’s most fundamental equation Q = U * A * dT, is ignored.
The Stephan Boltzmann ideal black body equation is incorrectly applied by ignoring the theory’s limitations and conditions, e.g. a surface, no conduction/convection, i.e. a vacuum, emissivity, gas density, tropospheric temperatures, etc.
The eccentricity of the earth’s orbit causes a TSI fluctuation, aphelion to perihelion, +/- 45 W/m^2, 50 times greater than the atmospheric heating due to CO2. Natural variations such as eccentricity, albedo, water vapor, vegetation, etc. are orders of magnitude more influential over the climate than GHGs/CO2.

Current weather is normal; that is, it is well within the range of all previous weather and climate variations. There are no dramatic increases in temperature, precipitation, hurricanes, tornadoes, or any other severe weather. The climate is changing just as it always has and always will and the rate of change is perfectly normal. Of course, that is not what the government, environmentalists, or the media promote and as a result most of the public believe. The misconception is deliberate and central to the exploitation of global warming and climate change as the vehicle for a political agenda.
One phenomenon that creates the illusion weather is abnormal is the attention given by the media. We all experience being introduced to a person then seeing them pop up every time we turn around. It’s the same thing with cars after you buy one you see them everywhere. In both cases they were always there, but not part of your awareness. Weather and climate events seem to occur everyday, but it is because they became a media story. They always occurred. Now the story appears and is amplified by the sensationalism of the media with their “Extreme Weather Reports.”

I don’t have the resources (or time) to check his assertions regarding the conservation of energy law, and nor can I imagine how such a thing could be measured in regards to the planet’s climate,…. BUT…. I will say that the easiest way to win any “climate change” debate is to challenge the notion that carbon has anything to do at all with climate. (any there are plenty of meteorologists and geologists who explain this in you-tube videos)
I believe 100% in climate change: It changes four time each year (spring, summer, fall, winter) and six times in my state if you count the “rainy” (heheeheh) season and the “dry” (always) season. Once in a while the earth has an ice age or mini-ice age, this is normal, the planet does what it damn well pleases.
