makes me wonder what all those animal rights groups have been doing for that past 10 years ?
all these dogs being killed by cops, all the mistreatment of animals at the hands of cops ,, and not one peep out of PITA, or any other “Animal voice” groups
and of all places an Elementary school ,, bad example to children as to how to deal with mother nature
sounds like plenty of those kids just learned what a sadistic jerk “officer Davis ” is

Ya’ know…. I have had my patience tried for a long time with these sick bast*rds but enough is enough. EOTS is exactly right! Pathetically Disgusting. The only word I have for this transgression against an innocent and confused creature of God is DEMONIC !!! I feed neglected kicked-out-of-the-house kitties. I have 8 regulars. I bought 2 small doggie houses, built a sun-rain shade for them, and they have unlimited food and water. Those kitties are my friends, I would never hurt an animal, let alone torture one . . .
